  1. Yes you're going to have a rough time if you're trying to exclusively force the Italian server, it doesn't always seem available to be connected to
  2. The server in Australia, is that a server you have added to your allow list?
  3. As above, it's a more involved process getting it available in France for some reason, we're working on it!
  4. Is that actually the username/password for your VPN service as that doesn't seem right
  5. Apologies for the delayed response. I meant in terms of our customer base that is niche, I don't know anyone that has used it that way before. You are outside the return period so it wouldn't be possible to do a return. I have added you to Early Access so you can try the firmware as fast as it comes in so when a solution is available you'll have access right away.
  6. Pretty easy answer to this one - it's just not necessary for the efficient functioning of DumaOS 4. I wasn't involved in hardware decisions but I'm sure it would have been very easy to go higher but there is no point bumping up the spec for no gain and an increased price. It's tempting to think of it in terms of like a computer, if you could double your RAM on your PC you'd do so no question as you'd probably see a performance bump but for the router you just wouldn't see that.
  7. You can go that high for 5GHz if you switch to manual instead of auto
  8. That's great to hear, thanks for confirming!
  9. In the Device Manager yes, just change the icon
  10. No I don't believe so as it does the ping from the router to the servers and the VPN would be applied to specific devices
  11. If you have the same experience with the Geo-Filter disabled then I don't think so unfortunately.
  12. It can help to combat lag compensation. Only a factory reset via the interface or via the button in the back of the router.
  13. It shouldn't change anything doing that no - have you added any Miami servers to your deny list?
  14. Give it a go and let us know!
  15. If you try to force other servers, even if they're a slightly higher ping do you get a better experience?
  16. Gotcha, thanks for the report, I'll let the team know!
  17. You might be able to find them online but it's not something we can specifically help with
  18. It's hard to diagnose an issue that doesn't affect any of the network stats. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  19. As you're essentially connected via a VPN that is why you can't see the server because the router doesn't see the server
  20. It doesn't make any sense really, I've given you Early Access so you can check whether you get the same behavior on that firmware https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  21. I've given you access, should work now
  22. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use simple instead of custom/polygon Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then to prevent servers outside your radius connecting.
  23. You do not need to add the ports, with it in the DMZ you will have an open NAT. Likely because you've added both you're getting a conflict. Just use one or the other and then reboot
