  1. Where are you testing the NAT type exactly? When you're testing it is the console also in use at the time? If so if you use the PC first is it on open?
  2. Go up to the properly posted firmware in Early Access which is more up to date. The team are still actively looking into the issue as well.
  3. CPU is higher after the reboot so CPU doesn't seem to be a factor in it, everything looks normal there. At least we know where not to look, thank you, the team will take a look at the logs you provided before.
  4. I've responded to you via email, we can continue there if you like.
  5. That's much better, more like what we would expect to see, it'll be your setup then
  6. I've not heard anything more unfortunately and I emailed personally as well, I'll see if the team knows anything more
  7. I've given you access. If you could please not pass it out to people I'd appreciate it. The reason we have it in a new area is so we can get feedback on it to improve it. They also don't get any newer versions that way.
  8. We'll test it and put out any necessary updates hopefully within the course of the beta.
  9. It doesn't impact what servers you play on, you still use the filter to force the servers you want, then the additional ping is applied regardless of where you play.
  10. There is a newer update but it's just for security, still a chance it may help but would be good to upgrade to anyway. Once 3.3 is released the stability should be better but we're waiting for NG on that. https://kb.netgear.com/000066233/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-74
  11. Thanks for the report, we'll take a look at it and hopefully get a cloud update out during the beta period.
  12. That's fair enough, all I can do on my side is pass it on so I couldn't give you a clear indication of when/if it would be implemented. Yes I believe it does have that function but keep in mind none of the XR range will receive DumaOS 4 or any real feature/major updates anymore.
  13. Potentially yes but try disabling the protection options in settings, as a test also try an allow all internet rule and if that doesn't help putting it in the DMZ just briefly to test. If you can't get any higher speeds then it'll definitely be the setup.
  14. Not really no, what router and firmware version are you on?
  15. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  16. Yeah so ideally it'd be modem/router in modem/bridge mode direct to the R3, then everything else behind to ensure nothing can take bandwidth away from the router, I realize with your setup that wouldn't be practical. What speeds do you have set on the router? Is Congestion Control active?
  17. Are you saying there is nothing else connected to the 12 port or router/modem for example?
  18. Do PingPlotter as described above as it'll be a better test
  19. Ideally you'd want all devices connected behind the R3 and nothing connected upstream that could pull bandwidth away from it. The in built tests can be a little off, what do you see on speedtest.net?
  20. Is that using PingPlotter or just the waveform test?
