  1. Have you done any specific settings for the console such as DMZ, port forwarding etc?
  2. I wouldn't worry too much, that can happen sometimes as they shorten it or it gets messed up for emails but it'll be right on the label
  3. Yes that's correct
  4. Good to hear, do let us know if you have any further issues
  5. Also what device are you seeing this on? Have you tried a different cable to rule out the above?
  6. Exactly as above - also try a download on the console, you may find it actually downloads closer to your speeds, proving the speedtest is just an estimate
  7. Use Simple instead of Custom radius and see if it is any better then
  8. Ah understood, thanks, I'll pass it on!
  9. Could you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?
  10. So it should be showing Helldivers 2 but NHL is showing instead? We can get that resolved, thanks for the report!
  11. Are there no other devices connected to any other router or is that literally it? In which case you don't need to use QoS/SmartBOOST really as the PS isn't competing with any other devices so you just need to setup the Geo-Filter really.
  12. Are you pinging the router? What do you get if you ping a local website like a news site etc? This guide will help: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  13. Are any of them downloading at the time such as the other console downloading an update etc? You'll be able to double check in the Network Monitor when playing
  14. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  15. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  16. Not seen disconnects that frequently before - have you checked with new ethernet cables to see if they may be the issue? A factory reset would be a good idea, a lot has changed in firmware.
  17. No step 1 wouldn't be needed in that scenario If you're happy to allow remote access please do the above steps and let us know when you've done it. We're aware Steady Ping can become re-enabled, we'll be fixing that and defaulting it to off in probably the next update.
  18. What do you mean by constant - how frequently is it happening? Is it one specific device or ALL devices? Does the connection re-establish itself or do you need to reboot/reset to get it back? If needed, would you be willing to enable remote access so the team could potentially remote in to take a look when it happens? If so, please: Ensure the R3 is in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router or the ISP modem/router is in modem/bridge mode Disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN on the R3 Enable remote support on the R3 Post back here when you've done that and when the error happens The team can then remote in at any time, no need for you to be present.
  19. For Traffic Prioritization? No you have to do it by devices or use one of the default lists. Could be local congestion perhaps - do you have a lot of devices being used at that time?
  20. It's not strange per se, it sounds like you're experiencing local congestion and QoS is doing its thing when you adjust it to remove them as much as possible. That's fine on the bridge mode aspect, that'll be the best to ensure all traffic passes through to the R3.
  21. We don't have full compatibility for the game with the Geo-Filter and it may not be possible but we're looking into it. In the meantime if you provide the IDs for the servers you believe are mislocated we can correct them
  22. If you change to a DNS such as 1.1.1.1 do you notice the pages improving at all? We try not to give out ETAs generally if we can help it but we'll put one out as soon as we can. No guides currently as the interface/features are still fluid at the moment but that will be changing. Make sure you're utilizing Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced and setup priorities for what you care about in SmartBOOST to prevent file sharing etc causing issues for other devices or prioritize it if you prefer.
  23. Glad to hear you were able to get your initial issue sorted. Is it the .219 firmware you're on? For WiFi: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ No not specifically, we're aware in some cases it can take devices a little longer than expected to connect and we'll be resolving that. Where are you testing the speeds, on speedtest.net? If the R3 is handling PPPoE it'll be due to that, it's something we're hoping to improve.
  24. Hard to say exactly, is PingPlotter the only place you're seeing these spikes - do you feel it in game? Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing on PingPlotter please and explain the scenario under which the test was done?
  25. How have you set the Vodafone router to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Is the PS connected via ethernet or WiFi? Are you using the Geo-Filter?
