There wouldn't be a specific reason, just the servers you were covering most likely. I believe the auth servers for the US are on the West Coast.

Does it show with more than 0.01 Mbps being used? Could you provide a screenshot of what it looks like when actually playing please?

That's great thanks for confirming, that will be an authentication server that requires whitelisting, once we've done that (now you've done that) you should be able to filter selecting the servers you want.

Can you grab the logs from the troubleshooting page when it happens again please - prior to rebooting

Do the same please but also close the battle.net client down please on the PC then start it up again, in theory that should trigger it to request the ports

From what someone else has mentioned it may be the cause of a server in Ireland being blocked, if you allow that when it appears blocked it should work

How have you setup SmartBOOST exactly? How are the consoles connected to the router exactly?

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
