  1. I don't think we have specifically tested the game but I will make a request for it to be tested
  2. Great thank you both for confirming, seems to be conclusive that it was a bad cloud update, we'll investigate what happened, thanks for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience everyone!
  3. I think it was a bad cloud update, some weird things were happening on the R2 as well, once removed it resolved them.
  4. Some servers can be quite hard to force, we did have to pull back a cloud update for the game also due to an issue so might be better to play disabled for the rest of the beta if it's not working correctly
  5. No not at all, I sometimes even suggest it as it can also slightly improve speeds through the router
  6. Ah okay interesting, thanks for the update!
  7. Great thanks for confirming!
  8. Great thank you for confirming!
  9. That's great thank you for confirming!
  10. Okay thanks for the report, we'll have to get those removed for the full release, we won't be able to do this for the beta unfortunately.
  11. What firmware version are you on currently? Thanks very much for the report, I'll pass that on to be corrected.
  12. We won't be able to get it out for the beta so we'll do so for release
  13. Sorry I'm not sure what you mean, could you clarify please?

  15. I have had reports that the router has been acting unusual for a number of people, symptoms seem to include: Slow loading of interface pages Trouble getting past the Setup Wizard after a factory reset #1 - (Unconfirmed Solution): After waiting 30 seconds - 1 minute on the interface without doing anything it appears to be fine and snappy as usual. If you close the interface it will happen again the next time you go on the interface. #2 - (Unconfirmed Solution): Please skip through the wizard so you can access the interface, then reboot from the interface and wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if you get internet please. 3# - (Pending Solution) The team have reverted the last cloud change within the last 30 minutes, this should propagate to your router over time but please resync the cloud from the Device Manager and Geo-Filter and see if that resolves the issue. This is an ongoing situation, I would appreciate any reports of symptoms/fixes for these issues so that I can provide as much information to the dev team and provide other users with reassurance. Please do not factory reset the router in an attempt to fix the situation as you may be stuck on the wizard without internet, if this is the case please try #2, if this persists please comment back.

  17. As above, did that resolve it for you?
  18. Yep, they pushed an update quick, appeared to work (again not much time to verify changes), then it's only when people start using it that you come across things like this.
  19. There should be a cloud update to fix it so we're ready for day 1 release. Could you try the resync again and see if the same error comes up?
  20. Thanks for the reports, I'm also seeing the same thing now. The only thing it could be I think is a bad cloud update potentially has caused it, I've let the team know but they will be out of office until Monday. It seems it takes a minute or so to get back to normal and then is fine as long as you don't close the interface.
  21. It is very unlikely that anything would be 'down' in order to cause this type of problem, the only thing would be a cloud update that's corrupted for example but this is unlikely. What browsers/devices are you using to access? Does this happen on the mobile app?
  22. Perhaps when we push a bigger cloud update it will work better but I am surprised that it worked that well tbh!
  23. It might be that it changed to avoid a conflict and uses 10.0.0.1 now instead, does that work? Alternatively does routerlogin.net work?
  24. Could you record what is happening using https://jam.dev please? That would really help us figure out what may be happening.
