  1. Generally for this issue, if you close the tab, reboot the router, wait 4 minutes and then attempt access it should load correctly.
  2. Those counters we're aware aren't showing correctly at the moment but it's just visual, not indicative of it not working. You'd need to add devices like that on the SmartBOOST page.
  3. Could you upgrade to the beta and see if it still occurs on that version please? https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  4. Okay thanks for letting us know, I'll get the team to test it
  5. Okay that's fine thanks, let us know how you get on!
  6. No correlation there that I can see, I don't think it's hardware specifically, it's just been hard to diagnose as the logs aren't revealing as much as we need. You've seen the topic we posted so hopefully we can get access for you or someone else over the coming days to watch it as it happens.
  7. What is the model of the modem the R3 is connected to?
  8. Always best to email us [email protected] for any order enquiries but you should have one in your spam/junk folder if it's not in your inbox, do you see it there?
  9. I'll have the team check with Halo and see if it's still working with Geo-Latency. In the meantime I would suggest doing a factory reset now you've upgraded and then try again.
  10. If you don't want to continue troubleshooting I totally understand but do let me know if you're able to try the above
  11. Have the plusnet router handle PPPoE instead and then connect the R2 to the plusnet router and see if that resolves it please. I suspect it's due to PPPoE looking at the logs.
  12. That's great to hear, I'll pass it along to the team to try and make it more obvious somehow.
  13. I believe Jack will be making a topic in Early Access regarding disconnects shortly - presumably to get any more relevant information so keep an eye out for that.
  14. What do you mean? Ahh that's great to hear!
  15. Where country are you playing from? How big is the radius you have set? Are you using Ping Assist as well? What is the search method you're using on the game? What firmware version are you on currently?
  16. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? For the Geo-Filter: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work to keep servers inside your radius. How have you setup Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced?
  17. No it wasn't, always check the change log of the update, if it's not mentioned then it wasn't added. That's what I was told by the devs, I don't know think the light would need to come on for it to work but I will pass it on again for them to look into it more
  18. Glad to hear you were able to get it sorted, was it the Setup Wizard you needed to complete?
  19. That's good, as expected. I wasn't able to reproduce this but waveform did show me at almost 3000Mbps so not sure if the test is a bit off at the moment but was able to get A+ with 70/70 on and with it set to Auto instead I got an A so it's definitely making a difference. Makes sense if priorities weren't triggered on SmartBOOST Same as 3 The slowdown in speed we are looking into but in terms of eliminating bufferbloat you should be able to eliminate it as much as possible by fine tuning the percentages some more - start at 95% each, do a test, go down by 10%, test, repeat this until you get to the best values then try 5% either side of that value and make sure it's all done with Always selected. You can definitely game with those speeds, gaming uses barely 1 Mbps.
  20. In LAN Settings, assign reserved IP addresses to devices, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects please.
  21. Both easy as just uploading the firmware you want to be on - you can downgrade/upgrade by doing that, no special steps needed
  22. That is how to do it, there isn't anything else to show in a video, can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when you get a game outside your radius please?
  23. The purpose of the router is not to circumvent SBMM or force far away servers, it's to get close servers and a lower ping so it may not always work. However, to force servers you need to do the following: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  24. I believe we built it ourself, any URLs/lists should work as long as they're not too big
  25. Good to hear! All games will implement things in a different way, whatever changed must have been incompatible.
