  1. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  2. That's great thank you, I've passed it on
  3. I don't believe there are any plans for this no and we don't generally announce anything until it's available. We haven't specifically tested mesh or have support for it but I have seen some people use it with success but I couldn't guarantee it would work.
  4. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are your internet speeds exactly? Do you get these speeds through the R3 if you do a speedtest.net test? Are you streaming over WiFi or ethernet? How do you have SmartBOOST/Congestion Control setup? Disable Adblocker on the router and see if that helps.
  5. Exactly as above! The 1000 will be getting a beta of DumaOS 3.3 which hopefully won't be too much longer.
  6. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? There has been no changes in physical setup, settings changes etc prior to it happening? Where are you checking the ping on the Geo-Filter or in game? What game is it you're playing? How do you have QoS setup?
  7. The only thing to disable really in this scenario is SmartBOOST which can be done by clicking the icon on the page > Settings > Toggle enabled
  8. We haven't tested the game so I wouldn't expect priority/Geo to work for it currently but I'll see if the team can get access to test it during this period
  9. I'll respond to the topic you made here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56378-ping-related-issues/
  10. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  11. I've responded to your email, we can continue there
  12. Unfortunately when you're further away from servers it will be harder to get good games and it will definitely be impacted by the time of day, I suspect during peak times it'll be much easier to get the servers you want. As it gets closer to the next CoD release as well I think it'll get easier as more people return. Keep at it and of course more updates will come that can hopefully help further.
  13. If you keep the filter disabled for a few games do you ever get put in the US or does it always put you somewhere in Europe?
  14. I wouldn't recommend staying on such an old firmware, you'll be missing out on security updates
  15. Presumably then your ethernet card is capable of higher than 1Gbps so it will be a newer card so doesn't make much sense, I think it'll just be the maximum you can achieve through the router, I couldn't confidently say that a new one would give you any better results - you could try disabling the port scan/dos protection, that on occasion can raise the speeds. Other than that we do have the beta update upcoming but I don't have a date for that so you could miss your return/refund window waiting for it.
  16. Set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  17. Yeah that doesn't make sense, overall that would indicate the PC itself isn't capable of reaching those speeds but is that the PC you used direct to the modem and got 1000Mbps?
  18. Fair enough, thanks for the update, I wish you well!
  19. That would be really cool, I'm not sure if that's something we'd go for, as you said it would take a long time to do but never say never!
  20. Yes once you've rebooted the logs are useless, they won't have anything pre-reboot. Did you have internet still when it happened?
  21. I would suggest trying it yes, just to check whether that 770 is your ceiling speed
  22. Okay thanks, I'll pass it on to the team!
  23. Okay that's all good, in WAN Settings set NAT to Open then see what speed you get please. If it doesn't increase DMZ your device then test then remove it from the DMZ, what was it then? How did you disable QoS exactly was it from the Congestion Control menu ?
