  1. Passes all traffic through to the router and not other devices can use it to connect to the internet so you'd have to force them to use the router instead
  2. Sorry to hear you're having a problem - your explanation doesn't have many details which makes it hard for me to advise. Please provide more information about your issue and we can go from there, e.g. what platform you're playing on, what game you're playing, how you have the Geo-Filter setup, Congestion Control, SmartBOOST etc.
  3. Did the Xbox add with the games console service? Check the IP on the console itself and check the IP of the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do they match? If you have connected it to wifi and ethernet at one point it may appear as two different devices on the router and so you may have added the wrong one to the Geo-Filter.
  4. Have you accessed the R3 interface and completed the setup wizard? You will need to do this before you get internet
  5. They forced an upgrade through, you may have noticed the router go down while that happened, hopefully when it's back online you'll be on the latest update
  6. It is likely a mislocated server, if you provide us the ID of the server we can put it in the correct location
  7. Glad you got updated, do keep us posted!
  8. You can setup the Geo-Filter once and then forget it, no need to open the interface, it will continue to work in the background every time you play
  9. Good to hear that sorted it! We'll be testing this way of playing so we can update it for PC
  10. Are you changing the Geo-Filter settings while you're already on the game? If so that will be why. Make a change then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  11. As in the servers within Madrid are varying by that much or you're getting servers from different countries? If the latter please provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter settings - you'll need to disable Geo-Latency most likely.
  12. So blocking ports the game doesn't use makes SmartBOOST detect it correctly?
  13. Good to hear! If you have a ping that fluctuates quite a lot I would recommend trying it
  14. There may be a newer version, you can check that here: https://www.netgear.com/support/ Resync the cloud then provide the log from the System Information page please
  15. Can you provide a screenshot of your Ping Heatmap list please? You can ping one of the other cod games, the locations/pings will basically be the same
  16. When you're playing does it show up in SmartBOOST? If not can you provide a screenshot of that page please
  17. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  18. They are probably taking different routes to the destination yes which could affect it
  19. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. If it continues use the simply radius instead of custom/country selection.
  20. What is the model of your phone and can you do a test using a wired PC?
  21. It should be available, could you resync the cloud and check again please? What router are you using?
  22. Try it on the one above and see if it continues
  23. I've given you Early Access, could you see if you get the same on this firmware please: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57223-new-firmware-r3-dumaos-40402-disconnections-fix
  24. Did you setup the Geo-Filter while you were already on the game/had battle.net open at all?
  25. We do actually utilize something like this for Ping Heatmap but it's likely we'll need to update the heatmap with a new server, thanks for letting us know!
