  1. You'll need to adjust Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced to reduce those numbers
  2. Are you using Game Pass? Is the console directly connected to the router or going through an AP, extender, switch etc?
  3. Possibly a port/NAT issue, have you made any port forwarding rules or used the DMZ? I'll need more information, what game are you trying to play exactly? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? Are ALL devices losing the internet or just this device?
  4. You may as well switch to simple and prioritize the console and efootball equally. That's a decent ping really, if you can't get a better ping due to server location that will be the best you can get - what kind of lag is it?
  5. Yes you can do that as long as the connection is using an ethernet cable
  6. Ideally yes you want it to be as stable/consistent as possible with minimal increases overall
  7. If it's just happening over ethernet and with the one device it could be the ethernet cable itself, swap it out for another and see if it helps at all. Are you using a VPN for the console? You'll have to be more specific
  8. Prioritized traffic based on your Traffic Prioritization settings, Background is traffic you haven't prioritized, there's no issues with what's showing there
  9. The lease ends and renews itself all the time, I'm not sure what the default is but it can't be changed on the XR, it wouldn't cause an issue accessing though. That error is definitely browser based, or you accessed using HTTPS rather than HTTP.
  10. That's an error due to the browser or if you have an adblocker enabled on the browser, disable that or try another browser and it should work
  11. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  12. If you follow the instructions here to upgrade: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ you should be fine, TFTP can always be done as you mentioned
  13. No need to post it on an unrelated tweet by the way, a direct tweet to us is fine, we'll see if just as fast. Are you able to load the interface if you try accessing using a PC? Are you using a VPN client on the PC itself?
  14. No it doesn't rely on it but it's part of the puzzle and it's not incorrect, I'll get the team to re-test the game
  15. You'd have to consult the eero manual about how to use it behind a router, we don't have specific support for mesh but I believe some people have used it. For WiFi try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds, 2.4GHz for stability Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  16. Did it disconnect and restore itself within 5 minutes?
  17. I would assume you need to approve it/whitelist it on whatever that anti-virus is for it to appear on your box?
  18. You would need to take a backup from when you don't have the issue, otherwise doing a reset and then restoring a config from when you had the problem could just add it back. If you want to delete a device from the Device Manager just make sure it hasn't been added to Traffic Prioritization, if it has then delete it there first then delete it from the Device Manager.
  19. I don't believe so, we don't generally have a timeline on getting games added but we'll see what we can do
  20. Someone mentioned for a similar game that it wasn't appearing unless the game was using different ports, could you play and check Steady Ping > Stats over a few games and see if it uses different ports at all please?
  21. Check the IP on your device specifically and then match this with the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do the IPs match?
  22. Yes you should put your correct speeds in, your upload QoS will not work properly otherwise. What firmware version are you on currently?
