  1. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  2. Those are really good pings, in fact it's quite uncommon for those 2 values to be so close
  3. I'll chase the team, thanks for the reminder.
  4. It's likely due to PPPoE, what speeds are you getting over ethernet? Also try these suggestions: Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  5. Is it definitely connected to the XR wireless? Do the ipconfig I mentioned previously but connected via WiFi and provide a screenshot of what you see. You don't need to allocate it all your upload, games barely use any bandwidth, usually less than 1Mbps, giving it more doesn't make it use more. The console speed tests are estimates - it usually says this on the test itself. If you get your expected speeds via a wired PC to speedtest.net then you won't be limited.
  6. In DHCP set the PS5 to have a reserved IP, then put it in the DMZ and it should persist after reboots
  7. Yes and no, just best to keep your public IP private where possible. If it's a gaming VPN maybe you can get an Open NAT but unlikely, otherwise the VPN wouldn't have been applying to the whole device. Are all devices connected to the R2 or do you have some still connected to the ISP router?
  8. You won't get an Open NAT using HybridVPN Have you made any port forwarding rules on the R2? Putting the PS5 in the DMZ would probably open the NAT I'd suggest removing the images as your public IP is shown Does the PS5 still show NAT Type 2 when CoD shows strict? Disable the Geo-Filter then reboot the game/console, does it show open in the game then without putting the console in the DMZ?
  9. The specs are on the plug itself, nothing specific outside what is mentioned there, doesn't need to be an official one and we don't sell those separately. Not sure it is a power issue yet for certain
  10. Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  11. Unfortunately we don't have any control over individual country policies or couriers when it comes to this, from what we're aware no customs should be charged within the EU. You'll need to direct DPD to return the package to us and then we can process the refund, we can't cancel it for you
  12. Glad to hear its sorted, thanks for the update
  13. Set the passthrough lease to 7 days instead of 10 minutes and see if that works better then please
  14. Reboot the router and try re-adding it please
  15. Do keep us updated and do continue to fine tune Congestion Control and see how you get on
  16. I have expedited for some information but haven't received anything yet. I've messaged our account manager directly to get some info and will come back to you when I know more. How much are the customs fees they're asking for?
  17. The above isn't your issue, you have plenty of bandwidth. Are any other devices in use when you're playing?
  18. You're creating an encrypted tunnel between the device and the game server that we can't read - if we could then it wouldn't be very secure or a VPN - so that's why the Geo-Filter isn't working with it. What you want to do wouldn't work. The VPN on its own you can connect to but as the game is actively working against them it may not work very well. If the Geo isn't working with VPN disabled that will be an easy fix we can sort out if you'd like to continue troubleshooting. Speeds are a common starting issue/question so I'm sure we can sort that also. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll provide return instructions - it's 30 days from the day you received it for a refund/return.
  19. If you try accessing 192.168.1.1 on another device does it work?
  20. Was there a device added to the Geo-Filter that you deleted from the Device Manager or had a device added to the Geo but then renamed it on the Device Manager etc?
  21. The IP the R3 gets from the ISP router as static/reserved yes - you should see this in the device list on your ISP router or you can check the WAN page on the R3 for it. Then put that IP you've set in passthrough and you're good to go - perhaps when done reboot the R3 from the interface and wait 4 minutes so it takes properly.
  22. Reset bandwidth allocation, gaming barely uses any and that won't be making it use more. How did you set Traffic Prioritization? Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Looks like you'll need to keep fine tuning the Congestion Control percentages to get a better result there
  23. Can you bypass the dongle and connect directly via ethernet to the router and see what speeds you get?
