Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

You don't add a game with a console that's normal. Were you actually playing a game on the console when the video was done?
-
Forget about the light for the moment, that's the least important, can you access the interface even if there are errors? Would you be able to update again for example?

Yes make sure you've done that for every device then disable DHCP

We have identified the cause, it's a cloud issue not a firmware issue, we're working to resolve it -
R3 Best settings for call of duty bo6 on pc?
Netduma Fraser replied to fletcherjames1's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Okay that's all good - speed test bypass should be on as well so as long as you're not seeing any prioritized activity at the time the speed test should be as expected -
Double check you've reserved IPs for all the devices on your network then disable DHCP entirely and see if it continues please
-
Great to hear that, keep us posted!

It could be due to the translation change on the router, we can look into that, thanks for the report
-
Restart the router then attempt it again, if that doesn't work then factory reset and try the update again please
-
I've given you Early Access, upgrade to that firmware and it should resolve it https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

Are you using Internet Explorer on the PC as well?

R3 Best settings for call of duty bo6 on pc?
Netduma Fraser replied to fletcherjames1's topic in Netduma R3 Support
What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? -
Are you checking immediately after making the change? It may take a little time to hard save
-
Okay but can you access even if there are errors? Would you be able to update again for example?

Click the top right on the Geo-Filter page then go to Settings and you'll see it there

What speeds are you expecting/pay for? Have you factory reset after the update? -
XBOX Disconnecting in middle of games
Netduma Fraser replied to nowngamer's topic in Netduma R3 Support
The first part is to do with telemetry, I don't think that will have affected it at all, it won't necessarily show the cause of lag in the logs. I think you'll just need to fine tune your Congestion Control settings in this scenario. It's still showing the DHCP lease renewal for the Xbox. The steps I provided for giving the Xbox a reserved IP, could you do that for all your devices please (should be quick as you're not changing IPs) and then disable DHCP entirely please, save, reboot from the interface and see if the Xbox disconnect continues. -
Thanks for the extra information, if you provide the logs from when it happens again now you've reserved the IPs I can best advise.

Yes you can absolutely do that if you wish to, just keep in mind the QoS won't work very well so you'd just be using it for the Geo-Filter essentially.
