It's very likely the device is appearing as another device when you're using the different connection method. Check the IP on the device itself when using ethernet then check the device you think it is on WiFi enhancer, if its not the same find the one that matches and re-name it so you know which one to use for the Geo-Filter. Not yet I don't think but should be rolling the cloud update out for it shortly

Apex legend can’t filter

I do understand - the game has a server selection, therefore you don't need to use the Geo-Filter. If you do enable the Geo-Filter you need to cover the same location as the server you selected on the game, otherwise you won't connect -

You're choosing the server you want on the game correct? Do you then really need the Geo-Filter? Are you covering the same location with the Geo-Filter? -

What is actually happening when you try to filter? On the game you can choose the server you want though correct? -
Was the packet loss reduced on 2.4GHz though?

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How is the Xbox connected, via ethernet or WiFi and do you get the issue on both?

Likely next week but I'll check with the team

Where are you checking the NAT Type exactly? -
If you have an Open NAT regardless then either those ports don't need to be opened or they have been opened but it's not showing for whatever reason and we can look into that. I've also given your Early Access to try https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
-
It seems you're connecting to 5G most of the time which is great for high bandwidth uses but not as good for stability, connect to 2.4GHz specifically and see if the packet loss is reduced please.

You've mentioned pinging servers, servers not being able to ping is normal, not being able to connect is not normal. Is the issue with being able to connect resolved now and your issue just not being able to ping?
-
UPnP will open ports when a program/device needs one to be opened, are you having any issues with NAT? We'll keep working on improving WPS

You have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ -
Could you also do the networks tab on the analyzer please? That will give me an idea of the strength
-
Could you provide a screenshot of the WiFi analyzer for 2.4 & 5GHz pages, also the connected and networks tab please. Something isn't right if you have to be right next to it to connect. Also what is the model of the device you're checking the packet loss on? What WiFi adapter does it have?
-
If you're on console you don't need to select anything - it should show as EA Games when done for PC

Leaving CC and all that to the side then for the moment, you'll be encountering WiFi interference then most likely. Have you changed any WiFi settings manually other then Smart Connect and what I mentioned? I.e. Switched to a different channel? Try these suggestions: Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that - there is an app called WiFi Analyzer that is free on the Microsoft Store for Windows Ensure the router is in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ You said it happened a few months ago randomly, did you add any new devices to your network, move the router, have new neighbors etc?

With your connection saturated i.e. all your available bandwidth is being used - the easiest way to do that is with a sufficiently long download and using 2.5ms interval for PingPlotter? At 99% for upload CC is barely active hence the higher upload bufferbloat value on your test

By automatic do you mean the auto setup? You'll need to do the steps I mentioned to sufficiently saturate your connection and then systematically reduce the percentages to find the best percentages to eliminate bufferbloat. Also a reason for the results there is the interval for Ping Plotter should be kept at 2.5, the company who created Ping Plotter have even said themselves that 0.5 will result in bad results if you'd like to check. You're pinging the target faster than your local network can even carry that request forward to get out to the internet hence a lot of loss. Whether you believe this is the cause or not it is necessary to perform what I've asked exactly as mentioned, otherwise we'll never get to the cause and you'll continue having the problem. That means also connecting every device to the XR, I get you're having issues connecting devices/disconnects so we can deal with that first if you'd like. Regarding WiFi so you have Smart Connect disabled is that right? Do you get the same issue with Smart Connect enabled? Change the 5GHz mode down from the highest value to the next value down, I believe it's around 2400Mbps, reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes then see if those devices can connect to it.

Good to hear, thanks for the update!
