Salut. Oui c'est normal. Cela dépend de votre fournisseur d'accès sur le nombre de sauts nécessaires pour atteindre la destination finale. Ça semble bien.

Yes, you will get open nat. providing your network is configured properly.  Here is a list of the ports required for call of duty. The ports are the same for all of them so even though it displays black ops 4 the ports are the same. Remember to either just use upnp or port forward these ports but never use both at the same time.

why are you using port forwarding and upnp, that will give you issues. 9308 is a port used by playstation. Either add 9308 and 9307 to port forwarding rules or disable upnp.

If there is a server there it may have been undergoing tests or something. There is nothing that Netduma or anyone can do if they have disabled access to that server again.

You would be better served getting the XR500, especially if you are considering upgrading your broadband. The R1 is an excellent little router, but it is hardware limiting as it is a few years old and lacks 5Ghz wifi for example where as the XR500 has that. The XR500 is fantastic and will last you for a good few years atleast.

I would agree with BD, especially if you are thinking of upgrading your speeds, you would then be able to use the full speeds & QoS, as well as benefit from the AC WiFi which the R1 doesn't have.
If you have a good ping then you should have an advantage, if there are laggy players connected to that same server you shouldn't lag but you may see them lagging but again you should have the advantage here. Gaming doesn't use much bandwidth at all, less than 1mbps in most cases so upgrading your speeds wouldn't help with lag necessarily. If you were to change ISP to get these new speeds their lines/routing may be better in which case your base ping may decrease but theres no way to tell until you do that. Having higher speeds also would mean local congestion is less of an issue so your ping may stay lower in times of heavy usage, especially when using QoS as well.

The Future of DumaOS: Version 3.0
Last year we released our first major update for DumaOS, Milestone 1.3. You guys loved it, so we quickly got to work on the next milestone, packing it full of features to make your router even more powerful.
This next milestone will instead be a new version, DumaOS 3.0, and it marks the biggest leap forward in our history. It will contain a huge amount of features never seen before on a router. Instead of just sending out each of the features piece by piece, we needed to wrap them all up into one giant release. We will explain why soon 😉 (but don't worry, we're not doing an EA!).
We know you guys will want to get your hands on 3.0 as soon as possible and we are working very hard to make this happen. But until we are sure, the release date is ‘to be confirmed’. But in the meantime, here is a teaser one of the many features coming to your router in 3.0: Data History.

With Data History you can see how much bandwidth you’ve used over time and drill-down to see which devices and/or applications are eating up all your data or find out how many hours you spent gaming over the weekend. If you are under a data cap, you can also see if you are nearing your monthly limit.
This is just a small glimpse into 3.0. We will be gradually revealing more features over the next few weeks so keep an eye out for more announcements.
One final thing, we launched DumaOS Insiders yesterday. This will be a private subforum where we share first-looks at features we are currently working on and using your feedback to shape them. There are only a few spaces left, so sign up here if you haven’t already: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/29480-sign-up-to-dumaos-insiders/
    Big things are coming.
    Thank you for your support.

BIG__DOG reacted to Apocrolypse in Experiencing Disconnects Every Few Minutes? Possible helpful tip
I wanted to post this here as I already posted this on the netgear forums. I struggled for a while but finally solved my issues described below:

This could help some with more than just the XR500. I had been experiencing constant disconnects which sometimes felt random and at other times were oddly evenly timed. It took me a couple months of trying to figure out but when I finally did it I felt it was worth sharing. The crux of my disconnects had to do with having a double NAT problem (ie a router with a router/modem combo). I had set everything with how I thought was the best possible setup. This setup consisted basically with my router/modem in bridge mode and my XR500 acting as the router.

This is where I went wrong without realizing it for months. The bridge mode on my router/modem did not work as expected. From my amateur understanding the router/modem should have disabled its router functionality and only acted as a modem. After months I finally came across a program to track the ip pings and packet loss (not sure I explained that well). It turned out that even in bridge mode I was registering 2 local IP addresses. This meant I had a private network behind a private network. Not sure how this affect all setups but with my XR500 it rendered me utterly useless in certain games as I would unexpectedly disconnect frequently throughout the game.

The way that I found to solve this was to put my router/modem back into its normal setup (aka disable bridge mode). I then disabled all wifi networks on the router/modem and only connected 1 outgoing ethernet from the router/modem to my XR500 router. I then reserved the IP address of my XR500 router on my ISP combo router/modem. Then I also turned on the DMZ function to only the reserved IP. Following this my internet woes appeared to be SOLVED!

Hopefully I didn't do anything wrong or frowned upon but I wanted to share this in case it helps anyone else. Currently I have finally purchased my own seperate netgear modem (with no router functionality) so I don't even run this setup anymore. I figured it was worth mentioning as I'm not sure I could easily find it anywhere on the forums. Also, any related verbage tended to talk about resetting firmware and doing factory resets which did not help me at all. Anyways, hopefully this helps some people and good luck!

BIG__DOG reacted to CrophiXx in Very poor performance on my R1 and UI not responding
    Thanks for the detailed answer!
The R1 doesn't even hit 50% usage when I'm doing a speedtest. The result from that short test was:
    DOWNLOAD Mbps 187.23
    UPLOAD Mbps 35.94
I'm aware that QoS slows down the connection a little bit and that I pratically don't need it but my point is that there is something generally wrong with the QoS on my R1 because it just slows down everything, no matter what settings I use. QoS being kept off in my R1 but something there is just not working as it should.
I bought my piece of hardware around 12-14 Months ago so the aging shouldn't hit so hard. I mean we're talking about 600-800Mbps loss of transfer speed.
I'll try it with downgrading and will come back after some testing

Netduma are constantly working on updates, bug fixes and new features for all the routers that they are involved in. Your statement about XR500 and XR700 getting updates regularly is false  and misinformed. The XR500 for example has had 1 update (.56) in the last 12 months. Also the XR series of routers are by Netgear and the release of firmwares or updates are controlled by them and not Netduma.
I am sure Netduma will respond to this post in due course, and I am sorry that you feel frustrated by any lack of firmware updates, but I am sure  things are being worked on.

How are you performing your speed test, are you wired or wifi? Also what site/software are you using? The best method to test jitter is to run pingplotter. A screenshot would also help diagnosis.

A theme in colour similar to this by Linksys on their 32X router. I am suggesting a similar colour scheme not a redesign. The colours would be easier to see for colour blind users and mayless help others with eye strain.  Or that of Asus routers in colour?

possible, or you could be pinging a better server on speedtest.net. I can tell you that if you reboot your router/modem or modem a few times in short intervals you can be placed on what is called interleaving which reduces your speeds as the dslam thinks you have a fault on your line so it sacrifices speed for stability and after a period of stability (usually 9-11 days) it will go back to what is called fastpath which will be your maximum attainable speeds.

Not heard of this happening, I have the XR500 running .56 and it runs fine. Hopefully as Fraser say's it will be resolved when the next firmware is released.
