  1. We're hoping to get one pushed out later today.
  2. Welcome to the forum! What speeds do you get from your ISP? What speeds do you get from a third-party speed test such as speedtest.net when you're connected directly to the ISP? What speeds do you get through the same speed test when you're connected via the R2?
  3. You will not show on the Geo-filter map, there will not be any icons to denote your location. The server you're seeing in California is likely an authentication server. This server is whitelisted so you can connect to the game, but will not affect your gameplay or which server you connect to in any way.
  4. So you've now factory reset the XR1000 and have logged in again, but the Wi-Fi network is no longer broadcasting? Or the name of the Wi-Fi network has changed? If so, that's expected following a reset.
  5. OK thanks for letting us know, we'll look into it.
  6. We'll look into it with the team, thanks for showing your interest!
  7. Hey, I've replied to you in the other topic you commented on. We're working on this problem currently.
  8. Welcome to the forum! It's a classification that needs to change and be kept up-to-date. There's been some changes, presumably by Activision, made recently particularly with CoD that appears to have affected Geo-filter, so we need to update it again. We're looking into to reproducing and resolving the problem currently and will push a cloud update once we've got a solution.
  9. So what's happening instead? Presumably you're never successfully able to get into a game? Are you seeing any icons on the map at all? Any 'Blocked' icons for example? Edit: Apologies, I've just seen your other post on the topic again. We'll get Geo-filter updated today and that should resolve the problem.
  10. I like the idea, it's unfortunately not something we at Netduma have any input on though. As it's NETGEAR's hardware, they or possibly even their manufacturer of the hardware take the decision as to what the CPU cores are utilised for. Are you able to reliably generate a lot of traffic, on demand, and replicate the issue? If so, can you let us know the exact steps your follow? We may be able to replicate it internally and optimise it for a future update.
  11. OK, so the problem is purely servers not showing on Ping Heatmap? If that's the case, don't worry, that's a problem on our side and we're getting that fixed. Later on today, go to the three-line menu in the top left of the Ping Heatmap map and click 'Resync cloud'. If we've pushed the update by then, you'll start seeing servers appearing again.
  12. Apologies, we don't have an update on this just yet. I've chased it up with the developers who'll be looking into it as soon as they can.
  13. Thanks for letting us know, we're going to be updating Geo-filter and Ping Heatmap today so that should resolve the problem for you.
  14. We don't have an estimate on how long it will take, as it's still in testing. Each time we complete a test or request a new version we keep this article up-to-date, so you can follow progress here: https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress
  15. Welcome to the forum! When you boot up the game on your console, do you see a bunch of icons appear on the map while the game is booting up? For Ping Heatmap, we're currently working on updating that today so you should see servers there again later today.
  16. Hey @Bund1984, thanks for posting this. We are aware of a problem access the Internet Optimiser interface through the DumaOS App. This will be resolved in the next version of the app which we are currently preparing to release. I don't know the exact ETA of the release, but it won't be long. In the meantime, if you access the interface through the web browser on your phone, you should still be able to use the mobile interface the same until the new version of the app is released.
  17. Yes, I'll add this as a suggestion. The team may have already looked into it in the past, but we may be able to whitelist the addresses for XBL chat servers so you don't have to. Thanks for posting!
  19. I'm afraid there isn't a beta version we can provide with Hybrid VPN just yet. We are currently working on new firmware for the XR1000, so hopefully there should be something soon for you to try out!
  20. Welcome to the forum! Thanks for reporting this, let me speak with the team and check if we can replicate this issue. Out of interest, how are the devices that are streaming Netflix/Foxtel connected to the modem? Are they via wired, or wireless?
  21. Let's focus on getting the scores right in Connection Benchmark first, then we can invesigate what waveform reports. Can you please repeat the process I mentioned above with Connection Benchmark tests and let us know what the best results you get are?
  22. If it's busy during peak times, you may struggle to get connected to the server. We haven't changed locations in Geo-filter for this game in a little while so it won't have changed recently. On Ping Heatmap, we only tend to keep the last two CoDs listed there given that this is where the majority of the player base is.
  23. I wouldn't worry about NAT issues with Geo-filter enabled, it will just be a misreading. How do you currently have QoS setup? Could you perhaps provide a screenshot? Do you have ALL devices on the network connected to the XR?
  24. I've had an R2 running on the latest Early Access firmware for a good couple of weeks now, do you think you could perhaps sign up for the early access beta here: and let us know if you're still having issues on that firmware?
  25. Good job! Do let us know if you have any further issues or questions.
