Welcome to the forum! I'd suggest connecting to the R2 via wired for the initial setup, we've been hearing some reports of default Wi-Fi passwords changing after a factory reset which we are looking into on a matter of priority.

When you boot Apex, could you please hit Tab on the splash screen to show the servers and let us know how many you see that are available (Not showing -1 ping)?

Sorry to hear that, how are you resetting? You'll need to hold the reset button on the back for 30 seconds rather than pressing it.

With CoD you won't see players on the map unless they're you're friends and you've manually allowed them, or if it's as Fraser said, a peer icon for a server.

So you're only seeing this in PES? I believe it's just misclassified as Fraser mentioned, it looks as though it's working as expected still.

Apologies for the delays, we're actively working as fast as we can to work bugs out of the beta release but unfortunately these things take time to recreate, understand and fix.

I've just chased this up with the team, we're still working in it. Sorry for the delays, it's really difficult to work around these things when changes are made on the server side, but we'll keep at it.
