  1. Hey, glad to hear your considering picking up an R2! Yes, with the correct configuration you will be able ensure your gaming traffic is treated with priority and you only connect to nearby servers with good ping! The team here use a variety of different ISPs and all have been able to utilise the R2 to its full potential! As long as you're getting a good, consistent connection, you'll be fine. Any will work, I'd personally prefer Chrome over Safari but that's just me We suggest initial setup be done over wired and I'd also suggest you ensure your One X is connected via wired too! You will need to use the ISP provided router/modem as the R2 does not have modem functionality. The setup guide will ensure you get everything up and running properly, but essentially you'll have: ISP Modem/Router -> R2 -> All connected devices It doesn't really matter if you're using wired, as long as it's within the maximum length of the type of cable you're using. To ensure you're getting the most out of the router, you'd be best off connecting everything to the R2. All orders are shipped next day, but there may be some delay over the festive period. Let me know if you need anything else!
  2. Glad to hear you've got it working for you, let us know if there's any further issues and we'll help as best we can.
  3. Thanks for this, we are still working on support for FIFA 21 and will be releasing an update for this soon. In the meantime, manually allow the server and you shouldn't have any issues connecting to it.
  4. Which step is it that you're getting stuck on?
  5. This is a known issue we're still investigating and trying to resolve. Have you tried adding your Allowing your friends when they pop-up on your Geo-filter map? This seems to resolve the issue usually
  6. Hi Tejjo, How are you configuring this? Using Readyshare within the XR500s config? Could you share a screenshot of your current configuration if possible?
  7. Good advice above! I would also suggest enabling MU-MIMO and monitoring the results before factory resetting.
  8. OK Great, thanks for letting us know. As Fraser said, this is something we'll be looking to implement at some stage, in the meantime the best thing would probably be to screenshot the configuration you've got or note them down in a text file so you can paste the addresses back in if you ever have to factory reset.
  9. Hey Hammy, Sorry to hear you're not getting along with the R2! What version are you running? I'd suggest making sure 5Ghz WiFi is set to 20MHz in Network Settings -> WiFi. It's also worth setting a static route to the R2 in your ISPs modem settings. Please ensure IPv6 is switched off in both Network Settings -> LAN and WAN, there is a toggle in both. When you say VPN errors, is the Rapp not loading for you now? Can you explain this one a little further? With regards to the logs, we mostly use these as a way for developers to troubleshoot by seeing if errors are logged. Some log entries can appear sinister, but are realistically nothing to worry about, so I wouldn't read into this too much!
  10. DumaOS automatically recognises all console games as well as most PC games, so the likelihood is that if you're game is running nicely, the traffic from your game is being appropriately prioritised You can confirm this by checking if the lights next to DumaOS Classified Games are on while you're playing! (QoS -> Traffic Prioritization)
  11. Welcome to the forum! It most certainly will, unfortunately no time frame for it as yet, but it's in the works!
