  1. That's interesting, so you're still connected to the R2 via one of it's four LAN ports? Have you tried with both the IP (192.168.77.1) and http://dumaos/?
  2. Are the drop less frequent than before or has changing DHCP lease time made no difference? You can see our returns terms here: https://www.netduma.com/terms
  3. What changes are you trying to make to the log file specifically?
  4. Could you please let me know when you've followed these steps?
  5. Thanks for trying! Type 2 on a Playstation is good, it just means the console is aware of the upstream router but by all accounts it should mean your NAT is open, is it showing this on all consoles?
  6. We are looking at implementing VLAN support as soon as we can, but it's not available yet unfortunately!
  7. It's essentially how long it will take for an IP to expire at which point the router will assign a new one. Sorry I've edited my previous comment, realised that we already knew you had interface access
  8. If you go to your command line and enter 'ipconfig', what does it say your default gateway is? Just double check that it says 192.168.77.1
  9. This occurs when Activision make changes their servers, which recently they seem to be doing very frequently. We have requested a cloud update from the team but I'll mention it again to them! Sorry for any inconvenience.
  10. Have you set the DHCP Lease time to 168 hours?
  11. Same issue? Does the R2 System information show sent and received packets since you've tried Fraser's latest suggestion? Or is there no evidence of internet access at all?
  12. No hay problema, te he dado acceso a la beta, ¡disfruta!
  13. Thanks for posting, I like your approach to this! It's a good idea, but NAT doesn't quite work that way. Whether your NAT type is open, moderate or closed/strict, inbound traffic will always stop at the router where it will either work out where to send it or if it's just going to be dropped. That being said, we have heard occasional reports that people are having a better experience playing on moderate NAT, whether that's coincidental or not I'm not sure. Your second reason is correct in that a moderate NAT is limiting your options, but that won't have any affect on the skill level of your opponents. Loving the thought you put into it though, great idea!
  14. Good advice above!
  15. For continuity, it would be easier if in the future you create a new topic in here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/131-dumaos-on-netduma-r2-support/ Could you please provide a full screenshot of your Geo-filter?
  16. Could you quickly try clearing browser cache just so we can rule out the browser in this case?
  17. I see, can you provide a screenshot of how you've configured the rule?
  18. OK, so you've already added the rule/configuration?
  19. OK, could you also try accessing it by entering dumaos/ instead?
  20. Sure, thanks again! Are you experiencing any drops or is it just consistently low speeds?
  21. Hey Brodie! I've responded to you in the post you made earlier
  22. Thanks for your feedback, we are aware of issues with the Wi-Fi on the R2 and are constantly working to improve it! What channel are your security devices using?
  23. Thanks for the update Paul, let us know how you get on!
  24. Nice! Yeah it'll come with .123 installed and you can update to .179 using the information available on the forums.
  25. What game is this in? When searching for a game are you able to see anything on the map? Have you setup Geo-filter for this specific game?
