  1. Is this with the modem in bridge mode or is it not in bridge mode with the R2 IP in the DMZ? Could you perhaps send an updated screenshot of your QoS settings if you've changed them at all?

  5. Either type 1 or 2 is generally fine! What are you seeing in the Warzone lobby? Are you having any troubles matchmaking at all?
  6. @CordeiroMarcos No problem at all! Are you seeing the same speeds if you run a third party speedtest, such as speedtest.net? Or is it just Connection Benchmark that's showing these speeds? I've responded to you question about the Warzone servers in your other post! Essentially, you will be able to see the Warzone servers again once we've pushed a cloud update, this should be early next week. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks, there is actually now a newer beta firmware that we'd suggest you upgrade to: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l3oeb6dw25ngmwm/XR500-V2.3.2.120.zip?dl=0 We'd suggest factory resetting after you've installed this, you can then go through and quickly setup the network settings again, hopefully that should resolve your issue.
  11. Do you have any custom rules configured in Traffic Prioritisation? When you run a speedtest from a wireless device, do any of the rules in Traffic Prio detect traffic?

  14. That's interesting, are your bandwidth speeds entered correctly? You can check this by clicking the three-line menu in the top right of the interface -> Advanced -> Set bandwidth speeds.

  18. If you're seeing that in Connection Benchmark, that's telling us what the R2 is getting from the modem. If it were a problem with the R2 then you would see 1gpbs in connection benchmark but lower speeds to connected devices. Are there other devices connected to the modem/router or does everything on the network go through the R2?
  19. @Martin D I get why that's frustrating, we're working diligently to have it fixed ASAP. If you'd like to enquire about returning your R2 for a refund, you can email [email protected] and we'll look into this for you.
  20. OK great. What did you input your speeds as being during initial setup? You can double check by going to the three-dot menu in the top right and going to advanced -> network speeds.
