Monitor the server icons that appear, do any pop up that are particularly far away, like in the west coast of the US for example? Do any of these icons have a white circle around them or do they appear as regular servers?

Thanks for following up. That's odd, how are you testing your speeds? Are you using the in-built Connection Benchmark, or are you using a third-party speedtest such as speedtest.net? When you're running speed-tests, do you have any other active devices on the network? Such as a console/PC with a game running, or another device streaming online content?

I'm afraid not, that name is unique to Geo-filter. Exposed host will have the same affect as DMZ, have you tried configuring this? You could forward all ports, but it would be easier to use DMZ/Exposed Host.

Are you enabling the Geo-Filter after the game has been booted up?

Unfortunately, those logs don't tell us too much. Which firmware version are you currently running on the R2? When this occurs, are you able to get to the DumaOS interface still? If so, can you download the log file from the three-line menu in the top-left of the logs panel?

Thanks, I've manually upgraded you to the next firmware version, unfortunately I don't have the correct resources to hand to upgrade you beyond that. You can now access the interface, complete the setup wizard again and you'll be able to get to upgrade again to the latest. Apologies for the reset, it needed to be done in order to properly complete the upgrade.

Have you posted back here from a device connected directly to the R2? If so, what's the make and model of your ISP modem that the R2 connects to? If possible, can you temporarily put it into modem/bridge mode, or put the R2's WAN IP in it's DMZ? I don't appear to be able to access the R2.
