  1. Okay I think you'll need to factory reset it then from the recovery options page. If you could grab the logs from that page first that would be really helpful

  3. Ah that's just highlighted that the version at the bottom of that page hasn't been updated. Re-upgrade anyway and it should resolve it

  5. You're on a very old firmware, download the latest from here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/58012-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540/ Then click Go to Recovery Options from the screen above and upgrade the firmware
  6. Good advice above, though in most cases you don't need to do this and may cause more annoyances when trying to connect new devices as you'll have to set a static/reserved IP on them first

  8. If you can't login via the credentials and the default credentials admin / password aren't working then you have to do a factory reset again - hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then attempt access. You can also try accessing with the above IP or routerlogin.net
  9. I know but they've implemented a ping limit so what you want to do was generally done by using a VPN and forcing a server really far away which won't be possible
  10. We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't 100% reliable, we're working on that, adjust Congestion Control manually for the moment (in Ping Optimizer > Advanced). Game servers don't always respond to pings so we can't always display the ping unfortunately
  11. It's not something we could help with unfortunately. Especially with their crackdowns on VPN usage by implementing a ping limit it may not even be possible.

  13. Disable SmartBOOST fully and also disable BI and DPI in troubleshooting settings please, reboot the router then try again
  14. What is the device connected to the 4th LAN port? It seems to be that one specifically going down frequently. Have you got another ethernet cable to use instead for that device?
  15. How have you set the box to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Have you entered your paid for/expected speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? Please provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view
  16. We removed the firmware to fix some issues so not currently, we'll post there with a new firmware once available
  17. That makes very little sense but must mean it is the cloud. If we can't update the cloud due to it needing a firmware upgrade to do so I'll see if we can at least revert whatever the last cloud update was.
  18. Could you disable IPv6 in WAN Settings please and also extend the DHCP lease time to 10000 minutes please. Reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes and monitor from there please.
  19. We're aware they're not 100% reliable, it uses servers that are hardcoded into the router which can then become out of date. For the moment use speedtest.net to test speeds and enter them into the router. Adjust the Congestion Control percentages to achieve the same effect as the Auto Setup.
  20. It looks like there is a server blocked behind the allowed one in the EU, that might need allowing, if you zoom in fully are you able to click it to allow that one?

  22. We don't have that kind of service but really likely it's just a case of settings, the software is quite different to the XR. What are the issues you're having exactly?
