  2. How exactly are you determining that it's not as good as the R2 in that regard? Could you try disabling AX please and see if it adheres then?
  3. Is that where you are seeing it, on the dashboard or on the Geo-Filter page itself? Either way unpin it from the dashboard, use it on the main page and see if the error continues.

  10. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Are you using IPv6, VLAN, PPPoE, anything like that at all to connect to the internet? What are the settings you're using and what is your exact physical setup?

  15. Yes, that would be the easiest way to have them work well together and ensure an open NAT on your devices connected to the R2.
  16. Bridge mode is done on the ISP modem/router, usually an option on the ISP router interface, if not then if you call them they may be able to activate it for you. Bridge mode isn't required though, you can use the DMZ on the ISP router instead by putting the R2 WAN IP (found on the System Information page on the R2) which will achieve a similar affect.

  21. Okay thanks for the info, I've asked a dev for assistance on this one and will get back to you when we have more info. Do keep in mind the R1 is 7 years old at this point, I think you'd be hard pressed to find many companies supporting a product that old but yes we are working on an update and will provide it as soon as we can.

  24. Thanks for your input, that's really interesting if that is the case. I don't think everyone is using PPPoE who is having this issue though unfortunately but yours is now working on the R1?
