  1. You're seeing the decreases in speed on speedtest.net for example? In the Congestion Control 3 line menu on the QoS page disable QoS completely and then do speedtest.net, do you get the proper speeds then?

  6. There isn't really any need to port forward if UPnP is on already but yes you should be able to do that.
  7. It is probably because UPnP has opened already, disable UPnP and then try the port forward.
  8. The XR is definitely on 3.0 and the iPhone X is definitely connected to the XR WiFi?
  9. If you click ok does it allow you to enter it again? Can you take a screenshot of the add rule panel with what you entered in it please?

  13. Thanks. Set Congestion Control to Always, start at 90% for Upload, then do a test, then go down 10% etc rinse repeat until you find what lowers it the most, then try 5% either side of it to see if you can narrow it down.
  14. Thanks for bringing that to our attention, I have let the team know and they will investigate/resolve it. Could you provide with the 2 part of benchmark shows, the average ping test please?
  15. Lets conduct support outside PMs, I get a ridiculous amount that it's not viable for efficient support. That doesn't look too bad at all. You don't have to just go on the Auto Setup recommendation, try manually selecting the percentage and see if you can get it down anymore.

  22. Hey, welcome to the forum! They both use DumaOS so the QoS will work the same yes. That is really impossible to say as development is always subject to change. They will be the same but likely not at the same time.

  25. How did you add it? I added it with an online list - the first option when adding a list. I then checked the first one that is blocked 1-1ads.com and it blocked successfully.
