  1. Apologies for that, some were sent in an error, we've rectified it and it won't happen again. The majority of the pre-orders have been fulfilled, any not sent today will be sent on Monday.
  2. They often change around now between the EU and US - it won't make a difference to your game experience though, it's just used for authentication and not as a game server. Also I've determined through supporting others that Spain/Italian servers are not always available to play on - if you want to play on them then trying during peak times would be your best bet.
  3. The form has a entry for Ping Heatmap IPs so input it there instead of the Geo-Filter

  8. No need to apologize! We're shipping the rest of our pre-orders at the moment and then we can ship the newer orders. I would estimate we would ship it next week if all goes to plan.
  9. I'd recommend you just select the Games Console service for the moment and see how that works for you. If you want to try that later you can, source ports will be 1-65535 and destination will be the ones listed online as the ports the game needs.

  19. Thanks for the feedback! I think 30 seconds it pretty standard, but I understand your point. When you access the interface after holding down the button do you see the setup wizard?

  21. It just means it's not able to give an IPv6 address to a device but as you have that disabled/don't support it then it doesn't matter. We've got some details from someone else on why this might be happening, we'll get back to you when we know more.
  22. Thanks, next time you can click the 3 line icon and save it as a text file. Does the Device Manager load correctly?
  23. Could you provide the whole log file as a download for us to look at please?
  24. In System Information, in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot from the interface. If it continues then please grab the log file from the System Information page.
