  1. Could you also disable IPv6 please as we won't be able to connect to your router using an IPv6 address.
  2. I get that, I'm not a dev either but I know the process and it is rather laborious, I'm sure they will comment themselves on this matter more than I can. If you think your issues are related to the router then make a new topic with your concerns and we can take a look.
  3. I'm sure the devs will comment further but keep in mind that DumaOS on the R1 is still in beta so we're working very hard to bring out great updates that include fixes and new features. We're not giving out any dates on when we would release a firmware.
  4. Hey, welcome to the forum! Have you ensured that you've followed this guide to make your router accessible? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000085789-how-to-upgrade-your-r1-from-version-1-03-5m-or-lower
  5. Great, if you don't already have a DumaOS email you should receive one this week if you signed up here already: https://netduma.com/r1-dumaos/
  6. You should first manually upgrade to the latest original R1 firmware here: then after that once you've received an email you can upgrade to DumaOS. Just to note upgrades are done manually by you, we just give you the link to do it, we don't upgrade it for you.
  7. This is more to do with support, I believe we've managed to reproduce this issue (which now makes it easier to fix) so the devs can start figuring out where the issue likes.
  8. Keep in mind this topic is for asking the developers questions, any outside discussions/technical support issues will not be answered here and will be ignored unless you post it elsewhere.
  9. Alright guys, if you're going to have a discussion please do it elsewhere. This is a Q&A topic. If you have a question then please ask.
  10. Ahh fair enough, I misunderstood, I'm not a developer so I'll butt out of this topic 😂
  11. Should be but if it runs over P2P rather than a server then you may not hear some people if they're outside your radius
  12. There are guides here for DumaOS: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 Sorry they're in English!
  13. That is very good, even with the spike it's not huge! I'd say keep 70/70 as an option to fall back on but see if you can experiment more to eliminate that spike.
  14. Try 70/70 first then lower/raise until you find the best line. Would recommend doing so while you make your connection saturated.
  15. At 100% it is essentially off, you have to lower it to activate it.
  16. Okay so that could indicate fluctuations on your base ping. Possible that could be a congested time for the ISP, try again at a later time and see if you get the same thing.
  17. How was the test done Ali? Was it with nothing happening on the network or was it saturated? QoS or not? During peak times?
  18. I've chased the team for you to get the fix sent
  19. Don't do that checker it gives you no information, keep persisting with PingPlotter and gather logs from the sky hub as well, they might have connection statistics too
  20. Sorry to hear that. I'd just try and gather as much evidence if you can as possible to show them. Does it happen at peak times or all the time?
  21. I see it's direct from the Sky router, were devices using the internet? If so then that's likely what caused it with no QoS to prevent it. Repeat the test on DumaOS and it should be better!
  22. The red chunks are indicative of packet loss. Though it looks by the focus time that you changed it to 1 second is that correct? Leave it on the default settings as the 1 second focus can give false results like that
  23. Yes you're on the latest, no need to worry. Welcome to the forum!
  24. You're on DumaOS already? If so that is the latest firmware
  25. I've just chased Joseph so will hopefully get back to you soon.
