  1. Yeah on Halo, I'll check in with Liam and see what settings he was using specifically
  2. Try disabling cross play and see if that makes a difference
  3. You don't necessarily need to add it as a TV and add ports, keep it as a PlayStation and it will be appeared greyed out and apply to the whole device - are you following the guide from the user in the other topic?
  4. Oh I see, are you using it through HybridVPN? If so how have you added your device to HybridVPN?
  5. Are you certain the VPN server is showing up on the Geo-Filter and it's not a game server instead?
  9. Thank you, we'll take a look!
  10. What were your results when you switched to Always?
  11. Great, I'll pass it on so we can add it to the main whitelist
  12. Great thank you, did whitelisting allow it to work correctly?
  13. Thanks for letting us know, we'll check the remote logs and see if we can spot the issue.
  14. I'll check in with Liam and he should be able to get a dev to take a look on Tuesday
  15. Thank you for the detailed information, usually if the spikes aren't shown on the Geo-Filter but they are in game then it indicates something server side but as you're not getting it direct to the modem it would suggest otherwise. Do let us know the results of your new tests, in the meantime I've sent you a PM so please try that as well.
  16. Not available at the moment but will be coming soon for the R2
  17. To identify where the issue may lie more, can you enable the Geo-Filter and ping the server there, then when you notice the ping spike in game look at the Geo-Filter, does the ping spike there as well?
  18. You need to enter the speeds you expect in Bandwidth settings otherwise QoS will not be as effective, then you can set it to Always and experiment with percentages to see what brings Ping Under Load closer to the Ping Test. Is there any reason you're not using the Geo-Filter? It's a big feature to help you get the lowest ping possible. I would also revert the DNS back, altering DNS is unlikely to have any positive effect.
  19. It would be tomorrow now so quite possibly when you're asleep, you don't need to be around for us to do so as long as remote support is enabled prior to that. We can do that yes.
  20. We believe we have fixed this issue in the next firmware but for the moment set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  21. Click reset at the bottom there
  22. Reset bandwidth allocation, gaming uses less than 1Mbps in most cases so 90% is unneeded, then drop 10% on CC retest, see what the ping is like, you want to get it as close to the Ping Test results as possible. So change percentage, test, change, test etc
  23. That's all you need to do, it's important to saturate the connection at the same time. Once you've changed the percentage wait 30 seconds to see how it has affected the ping, if it's not good enough then move on. I'd suggest trying intervals of 10 to start with.
  24. Ah, I remember. If you don't reply to the topic after a suggestion we don't know whether you're still having issues or not, if you reply there then we can continue troubleshooting
  25. It may take a few days for the spikes to settle but that's a good start! We're still improving the Benchmark results on the XR routers so I wouldn't worry too much about that currently and go on feel or use PingPlotter, saturate your connection with downloads/streams etc and experiment with CC % to see what brings the ping down as much as possible.
