  1. You could try that yes, once you've taken the ISP router out of bridge mode, reboot it, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and then try accessing
  2. Hey, welcome to the forum! We need to update the configs we have on file so you'll need to obtain the config files from them directly and then set it up with the Advanced Setup on HybridVPN and then it should work
  3. Connect the PC via ethernet to one of the R2 LAN ports then try the interface again and see if you can complete it please
  4. Glad it's working now, it's quite a good firmware so should be more stable from now on, keep us posted!
  5. Thanks for the extra info - have you tried different web browsers and devices to see if any have access? Did you upgrade the R2 firmware at all? If so then to what version? If it's not accepting the default credentials it suggests it's not been reset properly or perhaps an incorrect firmware. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then, hold reset for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes and attempt access.
  6. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  7. Hey, welcome to the forum! When did this first start to occur? Does it work on another browser or device?
  8. Let us know if the newer version helps
  9. I think for the moment you'll have to leave it on the channel it is set on until the next version. How often is it disconnecting? Are all WiFi devices affected?
  10. Enable the Guest WiFi and use that instead, it should allow you to change channel also without error and we'll fix this issue for the next version
  11. It might be because you're using an _ in the network name, could you take this out and then see if it saves without error please?
  12. Try this: While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi entirely, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi, change the channel, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if it's more stable from then on.
  13. I responded to your topic but it's not something specifically within our control
  14. Yes in one location there can be many servers that cluster together so if you block one in that location it won't block all of them
  15. It wouldn't be until January some time really now due to the holidays
  16. We are well aware of the issue, we're working on new firmware currently and we'll definitely catch it if it occurs during testing this time. Merry Christmas!
  17. Thanks for letting us know, I'll pass it onto the team, Happy Holidays!
  18. ¡Hola bienvenido al foro! Sí, puede encontrarlo aquí, incluido en el firmware más reciente para el R1. http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000091217-latest-firmwares
  19. Thanks, you too, happy holidays!
  20. Brilliant, thanks a lot, I'll pass that onto the mobile dev to review when they're back from the holidays
  21. Alright keep us posted, I can pass it on to the team if it doesn't so they can look at it for the next version.
  22. Save the file then upload it to the post here please. It's a good suggestion, I'll pass it onto the team!
  23. Are you prompted to get the logs? If so that would be helpful to pass onto us. Is it a specific setting that seems to cause it? Thanks for the suggestion, will pass it on!
  24. I'm assuming the above did not work at all?
  25. It is generally recommended yes. You'll need to use the config files manually instead of basic for the moment and then it should work.
