That looks all good there, let us know how you get on with those QoS settings, also where are you measuring/seeing the packet loss and spikes?

That should be okay, as long as there is a gap underneath so the hot air can escape

Okay that probably is it, you don't need a fan although it would help, place it on a surface that won't impede airflow like carpet for example, so a wooden table would be a good one

Is it hot to the touch underneath? What surface is it sitting on, can it get plenty of airflow?

Have you upgraded to .134 and done a reset to see if it resolves it?

Have you switched the VM back to router mode? If so reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and then check, it should then have an assigned IP from the hub you can then input into the hub

Check the System Information page on the R2, it should show a 192.168.0.x address for you to then input in the VM, otherwise check the devices list on the VM and it should show there as well

The R2 would still get internet, modem mode essentially disables the functions of the router like WiFi and passes all traffic right through to the router/device behind it. I have VM and I have found the same with modem mode, I use it in router mode now, then you put the R2 WAN IP in the DMZ on the hub and it essentially gives you that modem mode without losing other functions. I find it more stable, let us know how you get on.

When you get a disconnect again, check on the modem to see whether it is showing the XR as a connected device and giving it an IP address please.

What is the model of your modem/router? Could you put it in router mode instead and see if the speeds are more consistent on the R2?

Was the log before or after a reboot? If after then it won't have any useful information unfortunately. Do you not have access when it disconnects? You can click the icon on the log panel and then download the log to upload which would be easier

It can happen for different reasons, the latest firmware has reduced it significantly, lets continue troubleshooting in your topic

All our changes are done now so it's up to them whether they want to release as is or test or add their changes & test etc. If we get more info on what they're planning to do we'll update the table

Could you provide a screenshot of the LAN Settings page and provide the log from the System Information page please when it drops?

DNS doesn't have anything to do with the device IP address, on your phone go on WiFi: Click the 'i' next to the R2 network Private Address should still be off Scroll down to Configure DNS and click on it Then switch to manual and delete the ones currently input Click Add server and enter 1.1.1.1 Click Add server and enter 1.0.0.1 Click Save top right Then see if it works correctly

Change the starting IP address to .100, then click Add under Address Reservation and give all your devices IPs ending between .2 and .99

So resync, wait a 1 minute, then re-select the game or click ping again and it still doesn't show the servers?

If you delete it and then re-add does it work? Are you enabling it after you're already on the game?

Did you do a factory reset after the update as that is recommended to remove remnants of the previous version that may cause issues. Do you have access to the interface when you disconnect? If so could you provide the log from the System Information page please when you get a disconnect?

What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? What is the average ping you're seeing on the Geo-Filter/in game? You've set Traffic Prioritization correctly so you can leave that as it is.
