  1. Okay interesting, on the VPN Setup panel click the icon and you should see options for DNS, for IPv4, enter your VPN DNS in there: 162.252.172.57 149.154.159.92 then apply, and see whether everything then works please.
  2. Thanks for that, so just to clarify, you can check online that your IP address has changed, so Google/IP check website works but no other sites?
  3. Can you provide a screenshot of the VPN page please with how you have it set when they don't have internet?
  4. No internet on all devices or just that device? Do you get internet back if you disable the VPN?
  5. Doesn't work in what way, doesn't change your IP? How have you added your device to the VPN?
  6. I think in this situation it's the case of trying quite a few resets until it does come back, we have seen it a few times where it works, unfortunately there isn't really anything else troubleshooting wise that we can suggest. Could you try it 5 times in the same way as you have been doing and let us know if it worked and we can go from there?
  7. Try this instead please and see if it works : [Interface] Address= 10.14.0.2 PrivateKey= replace with your key ListenPort =51820 dns = 162.252.172.57,149.154.159.92 [Peer] PublicKey= replace with your key AllowedIPs =0.0.0.0/0 Endpoint = it-rom.prod.surfshark.com:51820
  8. Set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  9. As it is an alpha app not all features are available through the app currently as shown there but they are available on the router when accessed using the desktop view
  10. I'll have to check in with the team to see if there has been any updates and get back to you
  11. Sorry could you clarify, do you mean you have your ISP modem/router with another router attached which you have the XR in the DMZ for and then the console in the XR DMZ?
  12. Do you have a pure modem or modem/router? Is the XR in the DMZ of the modem and have you setup the DMZ on the XR?
  13. We did push an update today, give the router a reboot, wait 2 minutes then resync the cloud again and see if it populates
  14. There is a chance then that it could work with the Geo-Filter without us needing to do anything, have you tried to filter? What happens when doing so?
  15. It is a cloud update so you won't see anything when it is done and don't need to upgrade. Once we have pushed it on Monday you can resync the cloud and then it should work
  16. You can see how to do so at the bottom of this guide: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter If you're only connecting to the Discord server when playing with friends and can't connect without them then no unfortunately but it's very quick to do the next time you plan to chat with them. It's not really that simple, Discord uses a big range of ports for voice chat and those same ports are used for games as well so without allowing them specifically they would be blocked as well. For most web traffic, streaming, downloads etc the Geo-Filter wouldn't affect it at all as they use very few ports and are therefore easy to exclude.
  17. It's not due to Ping Assist specifically, just that you're blocking the Discord servers, we did add a lot a little while ago to the whitelist to prevent this happening but it seems like they have added more. All you need to do is add them to your allow list just like you would do for a friend and that would resolve it. When doing this, if you could provide us with the ID of the Discord servers then we can add them to the whitelist.
  18. Haga que la configuración de LAN > la página DHCP se vea así
  19. You can use the Games Console service instead and it will prioritize the game for you
  20. Click to add a rule, select the device then the services are listed on the next part of the box and you can find CoD there. There is no tick box for this, you do so by choosing what is the minimum % you would be happy with your connection being limited to, so if you chose for example not to go below 90% then you're choosing bandwidth, if you go very low you're saying you're happy to sacrifice bandwidth if it will get you a great ping. Your ping can spike so if it's constantly 20ms and then suddenly it goes up to 100ms for example, that is a spike, so enabling that option tries to prevent that happening.
  21. Call of Duty was for console but that's no longer needed and we would need to update the PC one to get that working again. Instead set your PC to a PlayStation in the Device Manager then re-add it to the Geo-Filter and it will automatically choose the Games Console service and allow you to filter. The groups are just a way to organize the services, it wouldn't actually prioritize everything in that category, just the service you picked. If that one doesn't work then you can add it using the Games Console service as well.
  24. I know, it is unfortunate that they've blocked Geo-Filter and yet don't place you in games close by which is exactly why people Geo-Filter in the first place. We are looking into it, we're big Halo fans so it is something close to our heart as well.
  25. Well the Geo-Filter isn't working for it currently, although some people say it works occasionally but doesn't appear to be consistent, however QoS is still a major feature that will keep your network as stable as possible, thereby keeping the ping low. If it's still high after that then you can be sure it's just on the game side.
