  1. Thanks Alex, I'll pass this on to Alex! You can try to add Zoom to your Adblocker whitelist and see if that works.
  2. Ti ho risposto su Facebook.
  3. Then I would suggest putting the Geo-Filter location/radius in a place that is in between you both so you both get a decent ping. The router just works based on your settings not any one elses so that's why its a good idea to place it in between you both so neither of you suffer and would force you both on that server.
  4. I'd recommend just one of you use the Geo-Filter - whoever is the party leader, then you can use that method but use Strict Mode. Yes you could use the Polygon mode and PA at the same time, strict on.
  5. Have you added each other to your allow list? As it is 2 people restricting the search then game times will be a bit longer. Ping Assist method you're using is very good. If you use the XR500 beta you can use Ping Heatmap to find where the lowest ping server is and then force that. To speed up the game search you would need to expand the radius so you're not restricting as heavily. There won't be much difference with the XR1000 as it uses the same firmware so the same settings will apply.
  6. Ho risposto ai tuoi post qui - I've responded to your posts here https://forum.netduma.com/topic/32489-new-r2-unable-to-set-up/?do=findComment&comment=263935
  7. Just to clarify, do you both have your Geo-Filter enabled over different areas or the same area?
- Take the WAN IP from the System Information page on the R2, then access the Vodafone hub and put the IP in the DMZ section. Also disable the WiFi on the Vodafone so all devices connect to the R2. I've sent you a PM, see if that helps please.
  9. Don't add manually like that as it won't use game data that way which is required to get a ping response. Ping Warzone and then if you want to add one to your custom list click on the IP so it opens the panel at the bottom, then click the Add to list button. Yes that will be the server, so you found a mislocated server, if you add it here we can fix it in a cloud update: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/29742-found-mislocated-servers-let-us-know-here/ That shouldn't be the case, if you use the normal radius are ones you blocked being allowed? That's great to hear, it's certainly possible but unlikely as they're all flashed in the same way before shipment. Glad it's working now though, let us know if you encounter it again.
  10. Apologies, you can manually update from here, we don't upgrade the router for you: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000085793-upgrading-your-netduma-r1-to-dumaos-from-the-original-r1-firmware
  11. Yes you will need the fix sent to you, I'll get Alex to do this when he can.
  12. As above I can confirm Ping Heatmap is working as expected: We will add a message when adding IPs manually regarding this to make it more clear. Thanks, will see what is occurring once screenshot is provided.
  13. I talked to a developer about this and this was their response: So I'm assuming you wrote the IPs manually instead of 'Adding to List' which is why it didn't work. Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing on the Geo-Filter Map when you're seeing a host outside the radius please?
  14. I just added a few of the servers in your list to my Ping Heatmap as well and they didn't ping, this can happen sometimes if they're unpingable. I checked using command prompt and I couldn't get a ping response either so I don't think you've done anything wrong, they're just not pingable right this moment. Could you provide a screenshot of a blocked server you've connected to?
  15. Remove the Device from the Geo-Filter. Then go to Device Manager and change your PC to the Device Type of a console. Then go back and add it back to the Geo-Filter. Does it work better that way? Make sure the game and client is shutdown before doing it. Where did you see the error and how often do you see it?
  16. We will have a new firmware soon so hopefully you won't see it again. If you do there will be more information we can gather from that version to help debugging.
  17. If you reboot the router does the message go away?
  18. Thanks for all that information, how have you added the PC to the Geo-Filter exactly? Do you see icons appearing on the map at all?
  19. You can have the router run a speed test and input these as your bandwidth settings by clicking the 3 dotted icon on the top right of the interface or by going to the 3 line option menu on Congestion Control. Could you explain a bit more about why you feel the radius options aren't at their full potential? The Geo-Filter shows the ping direct to the server (or the closest hop), the game ping includes things like processing delay etc which all games have and this will differ based on server load etc. Are you playing on PC or console?
  20. We will be doing some cloud updates for Apex, for the moment use Spectating Mode and select the server on the game.
  21. The R2 is created by us and the XR1000 is created by Netgear so the release dates are up to each company. We are capable of doing more than one thing at once and given it is a router operating system, work we do on one router will positively impact another, we're going to keep moving forward.
  22. Thanks for letting us know - I've sent you a PM, please follow my instructions there should you get it again.
  23. How long after you reboot until you see it happening again? Is it a few days?
  24. Hey, welcome to the forum! Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please? If you reboot the router does it load correctly?
  25. No it doesn't have MU-MIMO. There should be no problems on that front using the R1 as long as QoS is used.
