  1. That one is an anomaly, you can ignore that one, it won't be an actual player/server
  2. Reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then access the interface, does it load correctly then?
  3. Have you done a factory reset, that would most likely get it all loading again. It's important to wait a few minutes after a reset/reload so it can all load properly.
  4. But you are able to access the System Information page to change the retries? When did the issue start exactly, after an upgrade, changing settings, power cut etc?
  5. Is it for the interface as a whole or specific pages? Does it happen as soon as you access the interface/a page or after changing settings for example?

  8. Hey, welcome to the forum! This is very unlikely, the majority of our customers don't have connections that would allow them to benefit from this, thereby pushing up the cost unnecessarily. We've always tried to keep our routers around the same price to it is accessible to the majority.
  9. So the connection re-establishes itself automatically without a reboot or anything like that? If you haven't rebooted since the disconnect could you grab the log file from the System Information page on the router and post it here, that should give us an indication of what is happening. What router is it you're using?

We are doing a closed beta test of an XR500 firmware and will be opening that up a little, once we're happy with that we can get it released or a version with fixes released then it won't be much longer for the 700. We know it's been awhile and people want it so we're doing our best to get it out.
