Are you seeing anything on the Geo-Filter Map whether it's enabled or not blocked at that time? Could you provide the log from the System Information page and provide the time the disconnect happened as accurately as possible so we can match it to the log?

DNS Queries Question
Netduma Fraser replied to BSilverthorn's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
I'll check with the team and see if this is something they've seen and what might be causing it, otherwise we can ask Netgear ourselves and see what is happening. -
Are you able to access this website and perform a test? https://speed.measurementlab.net/#/ Was it working previously? If so might be a temporary issue with the API or a port issue preventing it happening

Thanks, I'll check in with the team on Monday for this

Reboot the hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2 from the interface, wait 2 minutes then try. If that doesn't work put the hub in router mode again, reboot the R2, do you get a connection then?

Hey, welcome to the forum! Have you completed the Setup Wizard? You will need to do that before you're able to get internet.

Let us know if it happens again, if it does do what Liam suggested and cover a few more servers and see if you can get those lower pings still

DNS Queries Question
Netduma Fraser replied to BSilverthorn's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Are you using routerlogin.net to access the interface? If so that will account for some of it, accessing via the LAN IP 192.168.1.1 instead should reduce it, other than that it's telemetry and possibly some cloud updates, it does also use Netgear to keep the time accurate as well. Other than that I would have to check, it's very unlikely to be using much traffic at all. -
Yes that's exactly how you do it, nothing else needed. Yes you will, any devices connected to the XR in AP mode will get their IPs from the R2 and so will appear on the R2 to add to the Geo-Filter, TP etc so full functionality.

No servers/players showing up on GeoFence
Netduma Fraser replied to drewlauraitis's topic in Netduma R1 Support
Double check the IP address on the PC itself, does it match with the PC device on the Device Manager? -
We're working on DPI at the moment to make that more accurate, we've done that on the R2 and it's worked really well. We have a few things to resolve on that side but then once that is done we can look at doing that for the XR routers as well which will improve what you see on Network Monitor and the functioning on TP. I'm assuming by not working that it's not showing that it's prioritizing anything at all? Have you recently changed the way the console is connected e.g. from WiFi to ethernet or vice versa? Does the Xbox have a different device type than it should on the Device Manager?

Netduma R2 slower speeds than I should be getting.
Netduma Fraser replied to Xpoze's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Is this with or without QoS being fully disabled? Is it a pure modem the R2 is connected to? For WiFi: Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
