  1. Setup the cascade option and select the option for passthrough as well on that page, that should then allow you to get an Open NAT through the R2
  3. It depends if that IP is part of known VPN IPs, if not then it may work but there is no guarantee
  4. Great to hear that! I've approved you for Early Access, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  5. Thanks for that! As we have some time until Monday can you sign up for Early Access here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ then when approved upgrade to the firmware in the Early Access sub forum, followed by a reset and see whether it's resolved please?
  6. Thank you, that's a pure modem so that's fine, did you make this post while connected to the R2? Reason being we can see the IP address you used to post so if that's correct we'll use that on Monday to connect.
  7. Ah, that makes sense, Traffic Controller isn't to open ports, it's more of a parental control feature, so essentially you allowed all the ports which bypassed the blocking functionality of the Geo-Filter.
  8. Could you download the DumaOS app for mobile, then play a game and see if the server appears on there?
  9. You could always try a different VPN provider and see if that works
  10. Could you ensure the R2 is in the DMZ of the modem if applicable and enable remote support in WAN Settings, then we can remote in on Monday and take a look
  11. Do you reboot the console after switching over the router or do you just reconnect? Could you make sure to reboot it then see if it appears properly on the R2 please
  12. Voila: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  15. Are you using a VPN? Is the console connected directly to the router or are you using a switch/AP/extender?
  16. Try putting the whole device behind the VPN instead, if it's not working through the normal client then it's likely they're banning VPN IPs
  17. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  18. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  19. I wouldn't have thought so, how have you added the PC to the VPN exactly? I do think they may be cracking down on VPN IPs.
  20. Put Ping Assist to 0 and search for a game again and see if that improves it
  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! Thanks very much for the photos, so it looks like the internet port and a LAN port are limited to 100Mbits which will be where the issue is coming from, try a different cable connecting the R2 to the modem and another for your LAN port and see if you get faster speeds then.
  22. .166 is the latest so go for that one
  23. Could you clarify what you mean exactly? You said you had an isolated network on the DumaOS routers but does that mean you have devices connected to the livebox?
  24. Sign up for Early Access as well so you can try it
  25. Sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ Once approved you can try the firmware there which should be more stable.
