How are you doing the factory reset exactly? The only options are the physical reset as you mentioned and also doing so from the interface - Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase.

Once the order is shipped you should automatically get a tracking email, I have sent that information to you over emails just in case.

Most likely the package was opened by customs which they do from time to time to check the contents matches the description.

I've responded to you in another topic but it may be mislocated, try using Ping Assist to see if you get connected to it

Liam was updating the page and he has now left the company so we're still in the process of re-allocating tasks and seeing who will be doing what for the foreseeable. I have pushed to get it updated already but I have a meeting with the team tomorrow so I'll make sure it gets done.

We can certainly double check it yes, it might be mislocated, try using Ping Assist to see if you can connect to it

Always best to start a new topic so we can focus on you exclusively. Can you provide the config you're using please? Did you factory reset after the upgrade as there were fixes for VPN included.

Ignore the Windows tests it's doing there they won't help with this. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it works, do so without the static IP please.

But can you actually access the interface after setting that static IP?
