  1. The Xbox showing greyed out is normal for the VPN, it will be applying to the entire console. If you're getting those kinds of speeds through the PC behind the VPN then you've not setup the VPN correctly as you would be limited to probably 25Mbps maximum. Can you provide a screenshot of your HybridVPN page please?
  2. As above, in Settings > WAN, you can see it in the screenshot you provided.
  3. Haha I did say it's unlikely! I've heard of a handful of cases where people did manage to get it improved, don't ask, don't get!
  4. I'll check in with Alex and see when he may be able to do so.
  5. Exactly as above, changing the routing allowed you to get a lower ping but not close to 90 which is expected so it does in fact look as though the routing from your ISP has changed. You could contact them but I doubt they would do anything to change it, worth a try or continue to use that program.
  6. You definitely won't get better than ethernet, it's a very old router - older than 2014 and it only supports 2.4GHz which limits you on speed as well. Try this: Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Disable Syn Flood Protection and see if that improves it at all.
  7. Yes that's the latest public version
  8. The Geo-Filter shows it is a server in Bahrain, if the location in your profile is correct I am surprised that you got as low as 90ms to that server. Based on calculating avg ping times between the two countries your ping should be at least 130ms. As to why your ping has suddenly changed this is very likely down to your ISP routing, it's not something I would usually recommend but to test this as you're on PC you could try a program such as ExitLag which modifies the route your traffic takes to the game server - if it is ISP routing that has changed then your ping should go back down again to the same server.
  9. Could you provide the ID of that server please? I can then see if it is a mislocated server or if it is that server
  10. Ahh, the first time you signed up you marked No to owning an R2, so we didn't grant access. I've given you access now, the above link will work now.
  11. In LAN Setting, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  12. If you leave your radius over ME, do you eventually get a game and it is actually over 200ms? Does it actually show on the Geo-Filter over 200ms?
  13. It's possible routing in your country changed, you can try Smart QoS now if you want to, you'll need to sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  14. In theory you should be able to do that yes. I'm not sure in regards to VOIP but toggling the SIP ALG option in WAN Settings if it isn't working may help.
  15. I haven't heard of changing the icon and I'm not aware of any way to do so using the router.
  16. Just to clarify, you connected a switch, do you mean you did sagecom > switch > R2 with no internet or you did sagecom > switch with no internet? Do you see the R2 as a device connected on the sagecom interface?
  17. It'll be a topic with the title "NEW XR1000 Firmware" or something similar and will be pinned to the top
  18. Are you using the basic setup or the advanced setup? If you're using the basic setup you will need to use the advanced setup by obtaining the OpenVPN configuration file for the server you want to connect to from the VPN provider and enter it into advanced setup. If you're using the advanced setup could you provide the configuration file you're using please?
  19. It's possible there is a mislocated server there but have you checked direct to your modem to see if you're able to get close to the ping you used to get? Try putting your location in the ocean and set your Ping Assist to 90ms, if the server is mislocated it should allow you to connect to it.
  20. Looks like the first was due to a Traffic Prio rule and the second PPPoE which we know about, hard to say about the reddit one with more information. I'll see what the team says about your log.
  21. I'll ask Alex to see if he can do it tomorrow
  22. Thanks for your comments, I'll pass it on to marketing as it's something they would have a look at and confer with devs etc
  23. When it factory resets on its own that is usually an indication of a power issue, usually connected to a power extender that multiple other devices are also connected to, or inconsistent power from an outlet or a faulty power adapter. Try direct/other outlets and see if that helps please.
  24. We don't give out any ETAs, there is a new firmware on the way which shouldn't be much longer, no sure if it includes a fix for that or not atm. Just keep an eye out on the Nighthawk Support sub forum here and we'll post it there.
  25. Great thank you very much, the team will take a look.
