  1. Try http://10.0.0.1 or http://routerlogin.net do either of them allow you in?
  2. Someone else is seeing some similar WiFi issues so definitely firmware it seems. I've passed it on to see if we can have a look, if you could do the following: If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect when available.
  3. Your secret is safe with me 😁ah fair enough, I've not encountered anyone from the EU paying any customs fees with UPS so far so hopefully that continues. Np!
  4. Could you attempt to connect the PS5 to 5GHz then immediately get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced on the router please
  5. As a test put one of your WiFi devices in the DMZ on the router then do a speed test, what do you get? Remove it from the DMZ immediately when done
  6. Did you change the LAN IP address of the router? That appears to be why you couldn't login originally. You'll have to factory reset then use the default credentials and go through the setup wizard again
  7. You shouldn't have had to pay customs fees originally as you're in the EU so I don't know how that happened. We use a distributor now and it's mainly UPS, we're limited to the options they use/provide/that can give us the best rates. If you have a look on the site you can see how much it would cost now with UPS and see how it compares with what you paid previously
  8. Just want to make sure they're suitable for high transfer rates that wouldn't impact the wifi when ethernet gets priority. You said you changed the widths, did you do the highest width on 5GHz and you noticed no difference? Did you use a WiFi analyzer to find the best channel or just choose random ones?
  9. We've made the changes and are testing the cloud update ourselves to make sure there aren't any issues then we'll do a gradual rollout.
  10. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
  11. We don't generally connect for everyday troubleshooting like this, if eventually we can't solve it then we may be able to get a dev to have a look. What category of ethernet cables do you have connected to the router? Have you got any other cables you can try with?
  12. Maybe, I couldn't say yet. Connect your PC/Mac via ethernet to the router Open Command Prompt/Terminal on the PC/Mac Type ipconfig if you're on Windows and press enter. Type ifconfig if you're on Mac and press enter Take a screenshot of the results Provide the screenshot in your next reply here
  13. It's quite bizarre, it's not a high speed so shouldn't be any problems. Check the network monitor, is there anything using significant traffic?
  14. What firmware version are you on currently?
  15. You've set the download speed on the router at 437, enter what you pay for and then use speedtest.net via ethernet and see what you get. You can ignore the benchmark speeds, they may not always be accurate
  16. The VPN service is for connecting to your home network when you're away from home, if that's what you want it for then yes. If you want a VPN to get 'easier' games or to bypass region restrictions then no that would fall under HybridVPN which isn't available
  17. What are the devices you're using to test?
  18. Where are you checking the NAT status, in the console network settings? If so, NAT type 2 is open, it just means you're behind a router
  19. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102509 What was the WPA message exactly?
  20. Are you getting your expected speeds over ethernet?
  21. Are any other devices encountering issues with the WiFi? Disable the private/random MAC addresses option in the wifi settings on your phone for the R3 connection then see if that continues. The PS5 may be too far for it to pick up the 5GHz properly. Try these suggestions: Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  22. I'll reply to you over on email but I've not yet heard back from the distributor, I'll need to chase them
  23. Okay interesting, that's good to hear, perhaps it got stuck in a weird state, do let us know if it goes backwards again
  24. I think we'll be doing another version and that will then go public I believe. How often is the internet going out? Could you grab the logs when that happens please?
  25. Yes exactly, they are essentially a different kind of VPN service. Never say never but I can't see it for the foreseeable unfortunately.
