  1. If something on Windows is needed I'll specify, otherwise assume we're talking about router settings. If you're not sure just ask as well.
  2. I can't recall, is there an option to disable DPI where you disable QoS also? (Might be in a later version of 3.0) If it is a cloud problem then it would require a firmware update to get it working on the newer cloud system
  3. Try with http://192.168.77.1 and see if you can access that way please
  4. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  5. What speeds do you get via ethernet? Prior to enabling Smart Connect where you connecting to 2.4 or 5GHz for these tests? If you still have devices connected to the box they can take bandwidth away from the XR.
  6. The router wasn't getting internet or the devices weren't? Disabling DHCP wouldn't affect the router getting internet but it would affect devices if they weren't given a reserved IP. DHCP hands out IPs to devices so with this disabled no devices get an IP address and therefore no internet so it's a must that they have a static/reserved IP set before disabling DHCP. Devices after that that you want to connect you'd need to set a static IP on the device itself first, then when connected you can set it on the router.
  7. Great to hear that, thanks for posting the solution!
  8. Remove device from the Geo-Filter Go to the Device Manager Click on device Click Pencil icon Click PlayStation Controller icon (1st icon, second row) Add PC to Geo-Filter
  9. Ah yes that's right, in that case, double check you have reserved IPs for all devices then disable DHCP entirely, reboot etc then monitor please
  10. Yes "3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager" No that's nothing to do with it, you can change that at any time
  11. All your devices? Extend the lease to 10000 minutes so it gets rid of it in the logs and then grab them again when it happens please. Could you provide more stats on the dropped frames/bitrate you normally get and what you're getting when it's happens?
  12. Are you connected to the R2 WiFi? What appears on the web browser when trying to access?
  13. Set your devices to have a reserved IP address in DHCP, it's quite quick to do, then reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing then see if it continues
  14. What are you seeing exactly when trying to login?
  15. What time was it happening so I can match it to the logs? Did you setup Congestion Control & Traffic Prioritization?
  16. That is it working, you were going to connect to a server outside your radius and prevented it. Their decision is to end the matchmaking search rather than re-searching, we can't influence that behavior so you'd have to continue searching until you get one within your radius.
  17. I won't get any new information over the weekend so Monday would be better to check in
  18. It really depends on your ISP, in theory yes, if you need PPPoE etc again that depends on the ISP, I can't tell you if you need that or not. Easiest thing to do would be to look at the internet settings on your modem, see if it's using PPPoE, VLAN etc
  19. You already have access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  20. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Did you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu ? How is the PC connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
  21. It doesn't look like you followed the steps properly as you've still added it with the Call of Duty series, when you do so correctly it should add and say Console instead of Call of Duty - it shouldn't give you the option to select a game
  22. It's not something we can get involved in unfortunately, just like how we wouldn't give out information for people to contact our developers directly - it would take time away from them actually developing, the customer support (e.g. me) deals with customer queries and then passes them up the food chain if necessary. @mannrs is a good contact to have though
  23. Okay thank you, I'll pass it on!
  24. Router Interface > Settings > WiFi > Split Bands > Rename 2.4/5GHz to be different On TV look for 2.4 or 5GHz network you've named/want to connect to (use 2.4GHz for stability or 5GHz for speed)
