Generally you won't see all the servers on the Geo-Filter as it only shows what you're making connections to
-
Just to clarify, are devices connecting to the WiFi but have no internet or can they not connect to the network at all? Does she have any devices that she is able to connect to the router via ethernet cable to see if a) the device can get internet that way and b) whether she can gain access to the router interface. If devices can connect but just have no internet can she access the router interface via the PC or via the DumaOS mobile app? I wonder if perhaps it lost power at some point and reset itself, if so the Setup Wizard would need to be completed to get internet again. IF it has indeed factory reset itself, once the Setup Wizard has been completed and internet has been restored you could use a software like Teamviewer to temporarily take control of her PC and setup the VPN for her again.

We've specifically fixed the Oklahoma issue so I'm sure it will improve!

In Settings > Advanced there are extra WiFi settings like MU-MIMO, Beamforming etc, disable these one by one and see if you can find the culprit for the packet loss

Geofiltering not working (EA FC 26)
Netduma Fraser replied to drentenaar's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Could you provide a full page screenshot of the Geo-Filter please? Most game servers don't respond to pings so for Ping Heatmap we will sometimes use a placeholder server that's in the same location as the game server in order to give you an approximation of the ping you would get to the game server in that area. -
Close the game and game client e.g. Steam (including from the System Tray), disable the Geo-Filter then launch the game again, does it show Open?

It's very likely the device is appearing as another device when you're using the different connection method. Check the IP on the device itself when using ethernet then check the device you think it is on WiFi enhancer, if its not the same find the one that matches and re-name it so you know which one to use for the Geo-Filter. Not yet I don't think but should be rolling the cloud update out for it shortly

Apex legend can’t filter
Netduma Fraser replied to raffaele's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
I do understand - the game has a server selection, therefore you don't need to use the Geo-Filter. If you do enable the Geo-Filter you need to cover the same location as the server you selected on the game, otherwise you won't connect -

You're choosing the server you want on the game correct? Do you then really need the Geo-Filter? Are you covering the same location with the Geo-Filter? -

What is actually happening when you try to filter? On the game you can choose the server you want though correct? -
Was the packet loss reduced on 2.4GHz though?

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How is the Xbox connected, via ethernet or WiFi and do you get the issue on both?

Likely next week but I'll check with the team

Where are you checking the NAT Type exactly? -
If you have an Open NAT regardless then either those ports don't need to be opened or they have been opened but it's not showing for whatever reason and we can look into that. I've also given your Early Access to try https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
-
It seems you're connecting to 5G most of the time which is great for high bandwidth uses but not as good for stability, connect to 2.4GHz specifically and see if the packet loss is reduced please.
-
You've mentioned pinging servers, servers not being able to ping is normal, not being able to connect is not normal. Is the issue with being able to connect resolved now and your issue just not being able to ping?
-
UPnP will open ports when a program/device needs one to be opened, are you having any issues with NAT? We'll keep working on improving WPS

Could you also do the networks tab on the analyzer please? That will give me an idea of the strength
-
Could you provide a screenshot of the WiFi analyzer for 2.4 & 5GHz pages, also the connected and networks tab please. Something isn't right if you have to be right next to it to connect. Also what is the model of the device you're checking the packet loss on? What WiFi adapter does it have?
