There isn't anything there that indicates you aren't connecting to a game, just that you're not pinging it. You have allowed/denied quite a few servers though so it is possible you've blocked something you shouldn't have, removed all the denied servers and reboot then try again

Geo-Filter Not Working for The Finals
Netduma Fraser replied to DaBoy98's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It's a server based game as far as I am aware so it will just work the same. You can't influence who connects to the servers, just the server you connect to -

Select Games Console instead and it will prioritize the game

duma r2 v.4.0.258 destroying my internet
Netduma Fraser replied to Thrry's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Factory reset and then try again, they're big changes in firmware, any remnants could cause issues -
In order for you to get the full benefit, ALL devices should be connected to the R3 so modem in passthrough > R3 > everything else

XR 1000v2 slow speeds
Netduma Fraser replied to ifell's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
That's quite bizarre, set the XR to have a static/reserved IP on the modem so the IP doesn't change, double check the IP is the same in the DMZ then reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the XR from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check the speeds again -
You'd purely be using it for the Geo-Filter in that configuration. You would have to have it connected to the Asus as you're using the passthrough mode, then put the R3 in the DMZ on the Asus to ensure an Open NAT when playing.

I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ start with a high value for Congestion Control e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test. Congestion Control can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.

I been getting this the last few weeks
Netduma Fraser replied to thembg's topic in Netduma R3 Support
We're aware of it but it's harmless spam so you can ignore it, won't be causing any issues -
You can connect it to your fritzbox, no need to buy a modem. We do update the cloud with new games yes
-
No worries, if you do find out what the issue is I'd be interested to hear the cause!
-
As in doesn't connect to the game or the internet? If the game then yes nothing to do with the router, it's something you'd need to contact them about. No the DNS wouldn't affect that

Netduma Fraser replied to ifell's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Copy the WAN IP from the XR System Information page and put it in the DMZ on your modem and see if you get better speeds then please
