  1. Ah, I see you've changed the interval to 1 second, change it back to the default 2.5 I believe and check again, I believe PingPlotter have even said setting it at that value can provide inconsistent results.
  2. Doesn't sound like it's working properly, could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page please?
  3. Reboot the router from the interface then upgrade and it should work without issue
  4. It just fixes VLAN but sent
  5. It just fixes VLAN but sent
  6. Exactly as the above, 20-30ms higher is acceptable, any higher than this and it would indicate the server is under load and would be best to force another.
  7. We have identified the issue so we will be fixing that, thank you for the report
  8. You can reserve bandwidth for devices by clicking the icon top right of the SmartBOOST page > Manage Profiles > Click the profile > Click the icon top right and add a reservation but there aren't specific limits. SmartBOOST automatically prioritizes and allocates bandwidth based on your network usage/what is needed. If there is a device you don't want to use much then do SmartBOOST by devices instead of activities and make sure it isn't added but add everything else.
  9. Where are you actually located? If you're trying to connect to a server far away you'll have a high ping, adding a VPN into the mix will increase this even higher
  10. Start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a bufferbloat test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  11. Updates will be greyed out until there is a new one available for you to upgrade to via the interface. We will have some we can provide you manually as well in some cases. Ping Optimizer we're aware it's not 100% reliable at the moment and we'll be working on that, it should still work, I think part of it is a bug and part of it is dependent on the servers which is why some people have more luck than others. Once you've added a server to your deny list you'll need to wait at list 2 minutes in the lobby before searching again so the connection with that blocked server is properly severed, otherwise you'll be able to connect to it again. There will also be multiple servers clustered in a single location so it may look like you're getting the same server but it will just be another located there.
  12. You shouldn't need to do this with Geo-Latency enabled but yes you can, click the icon on the map that appears when you invite them to your game and add it to the allow list
  13. That's great to hear, thank you for letting us know, I'll pass that onto the team as well. Happy Holidays!
  14. I have sent you a private message with firmware that fixes the VLAN issue - it will work after that
  15. Thanks for the feedback! As mentioned above you will need to set it to Expert to have it test the upload. We are aware the tests are not 100% reliable in how often they're working so we are looking into that but it should still work most of the time.
  16. Is this happening for all devices? Are they connected directly to the R3 or are you using a switch/AP with them connected etc?
  17. As above, it is enabled by default
  18. Good video above to help you get oriented. If you let us know your Geo-Filter issues we'll be happy to help
  19. For the Geo-Filter try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then, restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game) or if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and try again please. See if that is more stable for you.
  20. Have you entered the R3 in the DMZ on the Smart Hub? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What does the speed reduce to, is this over WiFi, ethernet or both?
  21. Yes it should do. Feature choices were more NGs decision rather than ours for the most part
  22. I don't think we thought many people would have more than 4 gaming devices at any one time and that it may also cause the Geo-Filter to become quite messy but it has been requested so we'll look into it.
  23. Disappointing to hear it felt cheap to you, was it just more so because it was light? Great to hear otherwise you're having a great experience. IPv6 DNS has been requested so likely we'll be adding that in a future update. I have sent you a PM with an update that would fix a potential issue you might have based on your usage so make sure to upgrade to that prior to gaming Steady Ping is just for the Geo-Filter
  24. Switch to Simple instead of custom as you haven't set a polygon range so it won't properly filter that way unless you draw an area
  25. What domain error is that exactly?
