I wouldn't have thought so no, given you've disabled all the options that other people have and it started working for them, I think it must be a deeper issue for you. I think it's best we get the team to remote in and have a look when they're back. As you don't get much time when you do have access I'll let you know when they're ready so you can take the necessary steps to allow them access. I'll get back to you.

¿Está el R2 en la DMZ del módem/enrutador de su ISP? ¿Cambió alguna configuración en el R2 específicamente para permitir que la PS obtenga una NAT abierta?

NEW XR500 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.535
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
It's been six months since release so I would have thought they would have done it by now if they were planning to -
Correct set up from R3 setting to ps5 settings.
Netduma Fraser replied to Goodwinn20's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Exactly as above, Ping Assist is essentially an option that allows you to not miss out on any servers if they're low ping/below the value you set, regardless of where they are -
5 second ‘disconnect’ after 10pm?
Netduma Fraser replied to banjo22's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
There isn't too much there to indicate why you would have received a disconnect. Has anything in your setup or settings changed recently? -

DUMAOS 4.0 on the NETGEAR XR1000 router?
Netduma Fraser replied to met foxit's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
I don't know the specifics no but to get 3.3 on it was a challenge and we were waiting for things to be done that weren't necessarily in our control -
There may be a bug yes, thank you for the update, I will pass it onto the team to take a look at.
-
Hello, welcome to the forum! You've done everything you need to do in order to make the two routers work optimally together and to allow the R3 total control of the network so all good to just focus on the R3 now.
-
Ah okay that's very interesting, so it's literally been stable and up for over a week with it disabled? If so I think that is probably enough to pass onto the team though they may still want to access and have a look, I will let you know about that. Thanks for the update and Happy New Year!

Give the console a few back to back reboots to see if it triggers. Does it open if you disable the Geo-Filter before booting up the game?
-
It's important that any changes to the Geo-Filter are done before you even turn on the console or game, if you change settings during without restarting then you will likely get games outside your radius. The in game ping can read higher as it includes processing delay, all games have it but not all choose to include it in their ping calculation. Up to 30ms higher is okay, anything higher than that indicates the server is under heavy load and you should try another. Updates will be on the way once the team are back tomorrow.

Correct, there is no need to prioritize it twice. Either use Gaming, Console or eFootball
-
That's so awesome! I'll make sure to show the team this. Happy New Year!
-
Do you still have Geo-Latency disabled as I see you have Steady Ping enabled again, as per the suggestions above they could be impacting it
-
small ping increase with new r3 installed?
Netduma Fraser replied to Typcoo's topic in Netduma R3 Support
When it happens, have a look on the map, do you see anything blocked? -
Good video above for you. You only need to prioritize it one way, any should work well

What is the model of the ISP modem/router the R3 is connected to and how is that setup? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you setup Congestion Control?
