  1. What is your physical setup? How is your ISP modem/router setup? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Are you using Congestion Control at all?

  3. Have you adjusted Congestion Control at all as that will help in this situation. It can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced

  11. It's best to make a topic as I'm getting a ridiculous amount of DMs and it will be lost in the fray, making a topic is the best way to get support. Have you completed the Setup Wizard? If so is there anything required for your connection, PPPoE, VLAN, DHCP identifiers etc? What is your physical setup?

  15. Could you disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter page please and see if that issue is better? Someone mentioned that caused an issue for their smart devices. Reboot the phone and it should connect then

  20. Ah I thought you were talking about the XR500 exclusively. VLAN is in the advanced menu on that page, client/vendor ID is something else. The VLAN option won't currently save, I have sent you a PM.
  21. Glad to hear you got the NAT sorted. Regarding bufferbloat, speed test bypass will make those tests report your full speed and therefore not reflect your Congestion Control settings. You can disable this under Congestion Control
