Have you set Congestion Control at all as that will be the main thing needed in this scenario, it can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced
-
Glad to hear you're enjoying it! Check out the FAQs, that should help https://forum.netduma.com/topic/52852-netduma-r3-launch-faqs/
-
You should be able to get them open by port forwarding, i.e. 3074 for one, 3075 for the other
-
Great to hear that, keep us posted!
-
Disable Ping Assist and Geo-Latency then reboot the router and console after that then see if it is better
-
What device are you playing on? Does the IP on that device if you look in its network settings match the IP on the device you think it is in the Device Manager?
-
I should have it from your post but may be incorrect, yes please
-
Steady Ping may not work on other games other than CoD and Halo that we've tested but we'll be looking into if we can expand it, do you still see servers on the map with LoL selected?
-
For this specifically I'm not sure but we're hoping to have a big update for the end of the week if possible
-
I'll reply in the topic you made

R3 connecting to higher ping servers vs XR500
Netduma Fraser replied to skschatzman's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Yes it is though it's not filtering, so you'd have to disable it separately which can be done by clicking Steady Ping at the top of the map -
Sorry I didn't see your previous reply. Steady Ping is just for the Geo-Filter, did you have them added as devices there? A public IPv6 address or a local one starting with Fe? If you add the devices with issues to SmartBOOST to prioritize them does that help?
-
If it's working more consistently with it off yes. I'm not sure really, do you have the issue if you connect direct to your modem?
-
ethernet not connecting until 30 seconds after wake
Netduma Fraser replied to clarkjo's topic in Netduma R3 Support
This is the first time it has been reported but there was a fix in a firmware which I thought may help with this -
The results can vary depending on the time of day etc, you should be good to do once a day really or even just once during peak time would be best
-
What router and firmware version are you on? You won't necessarily see servers until you're in the game and will see the one you're connected to, are you zoomed out fully on the map?
-
I'm unable to access, is the R3 in the DMZ on the upstream router?

Netduma R3 - Fragen an deutsche Nutzer
Netduma Fraser replied to Fairypusher's topic in NETDUMA Deutsch
"We have done a lot of work in making it as easy as possible to setup" translates to "Wir haben viel Arbeit darin gesteckt, es so einfach wie möglich einzurichten." -
Let us know when it's installed and I can attempt access
-
It would be everything we don't have classifications for. What firmware are you on at the moment? You can set Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced which is what Ping Optimizer would change for you.
-
Ah that is probably why, we saw that on the R2 as well, for some reason nothing appears on the Geo-Filter, I'll see if the team can figure out a workaround
