  3. That'd be on the Verizon router so I can't give you specific instructions on how to do that but they should be in similar locations to where they appear on the R3. If not, lookup the model of your router and it will show in the manual
  4. There should be a sticker on the underside of it with that information
  5. I can see the internet definitely went out this time. On the Verizon router give the R3 a static/reserved IP address and also make sure that IP is in its DMZ, then reboot the R3 from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and monitor from there
  6. Ping Heatmap can become out of date so if it doesn't appear there it doesn't necessarily mean the server isn't there. Check to see if you can connect to the area using the Geo-Filter, that's the best way to know for certain

I don't think there is anything we can do for your router, however you clearly think there is a strong possibility we can do something to sort it so I'm happy to be proven wrong and to revisit your specific issue in your topic and go from there. If you could provide any more information/findings there I can take a look
  8. Was it your PC in LAN port 4? If so the port showed it disconnected for 3 seconds but doesn't specifically say why so could be an external cause this time, continue monitoring and see if it happens again please
  9. It won't be that, it's just log spam. Any download will saturate a connection, even 1Gbps, check network usage at the time to see if there is anything using a lot of bandwidth

If you're connecting the R3 to the Vodafone router you wouldn't need the PPPoE/VLAN details to be entered into the R3, if you remove them then reboot the R3 you should get a connection that way. Through the Vigor the R3 should handle those details, in which case reboot the Vigor, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes and check again. Prior to all that though first make sure you're on the latest version, not sure which version you're on currently but there was an issue early on with VLAN that was resolved in a later firmware. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/58012-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
  11. Just to double check, regardless of whether you're using the R3, you can't get a connection through the ISP provided router or another modem? If so you'd be better off contacting them about the issue
  12. It may be a Gen 4 specific issue then, there might be a command you can run in the browser console to remove them, I'll check with the team and come back to you
  13. You're absolutely right, that'll teach me to do a very early morning response! What you have said has got me thinking, when it comes to the time where it should be blocked, can you actually see traffic being used on it? For YouTube it should be showing quite consistently. If it doesn't, obviously I don't know the specifics BUT if he has a mobile with data he may be utilizing it as a hotspot to connect the home to unless I'm mistaken and it's not one of those Home ones with a screen but more akin to a simple Alexa and he's using it as a bridge to get the TV to play YouTube for example?
  14. My mistake, been awhile since I've used that interface, just to be clear, you factory reset the modem and it didn't clear them? If you check in another browser are they still there, wondering if they're getting cached

I've added you to Early Access so you can try that https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ If that doesn't improve I'd suggest a factory reset to start fresh, then if that doesn't work, have your ISP router handle PPPoE and connect the R3 to that and all devices to the R3 and see if it works better.
  16. Other than the dashboard we've provided by default I don't think there are any immediate plans to allow it to be customized. Our major concerns currently are those main features we've mentioned before so perhaps once they're available and stable we can look at more user requests like this
  17. We'd always generally advise staying on the latest or Early Access versions but as above people find different versions work best for them so experiment and see what works best for you

  19. If it was the same issue, i.e. bricked then accessing using the app and updating wouldn't work, it just wouldn't allow you to do so, the issue from this topic is something we can fix/look into. A completely bricked unit however can't be fixed unfortunately
  20. Do you get the same issue when bypassing the R3 and connecting directly to your ISP modem/router? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered your speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  21. Settings > DHCP > Add Rule > Select Device > Save Then repeat for each device
  22. It could be that they are from specific devices, in which case they would be unique panels, you'd need to determine the devices you did the category breakdown for then do that method and it should work, otherwise a reset would be needed
  23. Likely the DHCP lease then, you shouldn't get a disconnect every time/it should reconnect very quickly but you can instead assign reserved IPs for devices in DHCP settings which should prevent it permanently
