There is no Riyadh server.....!
Netduma Fraser replied to AbdulRahman.1's topic in Netduma R3 Support
We'll do a Ping Heatmap update, thanks for the report! -
Yes ignore speed test results on the router, just enter your expected/paid for speeds into the router manually. What do you mean the Geo-Filter isn't working properly exactly? I'll need more information e.g. what game and platform you're playing on

Ps5 not loading psn store or friends
Netduma Fraser replied to Enesko95's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Take the Xbox out of the DMZ and then check the access to PS store etc please -
I'll pass it to the team to see if they can get it supported. We can detect a lot of games but not every game will be filterable.

Can't connect to most games using R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Dunclin's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Enabled Advanced DMZ and then check again please -
It's what you set on the router, if you don't remember it, the default credentials are admin / password - you may need to factory reset so you can use the default credentials

Can you take a screenshot of the DMZ page so I can have a look? Do you have the same issue with your Xbox or PC connected directly to your home hub? -
Can't connect to most games using R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Dunclin's topic in Netduma R3 Support
What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Can you connect when you connect your device directly to your modem? What changes have you made on the R3 from the defaults? -
I've given you access, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/

Unplug it from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 4 minutes then try accessing again please
-
It'll be in the next cloud update probably next week

LAN cable disconnects and reconnects constantly
Netduma Fraser replied to Hale's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Presumably it just happened? If so it's the DHCP lease, set the lease to 10000 in DHCP settings, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and monitor. -
We're aware it's not 100% reliable at the moment but yes it's results will depend on what servers it can use that are the closest to you. Do speedtest.net and then enter your speeds in manually instead, adjust the Congestion Control percentages to achieve the same effects of Ping Optimizer - start with 70% for download & upload and adjust as needed.

What game is this for exactly? -
Glad to hear you solved it, thanks for the update!

If you don't understand something just ask, we don't bite!
-
There are only so many reasons it can occur and I doubt the firmware version will be overly affecting it, it's usually the same culprits
-
You've not followed through the steps I posted fully as the PC is still added with the Call of Duty option, when you follow the steps and set the PC to a PlayStation in the Device Manager and then add it to the Geo-Filter it will add with the Games Console service and it will work much better
-
We don't have any specific recommendations for network adapter settings and not for any specific NICs. I'd highly suggest doing some research on the options and also what they do to determine whether they are worth trying
-
Go through the steps I usually post again when that happens and you'll see them again on the map
-
If the server is pinging and the server is within your radius then it will be working correctly, otherwise please provide an uncropped screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this doesn't happen. Steady Ping isn't related to filtering, it tries to add a delay to your ping to give you one consistent ping but this isn't always possible and doesn't mean the actual router/Geo-Filter isn't functioning correctly
-
Glad to hear you found a solution for it, thanks for letting us know, which version was it?
-
Double check the WAN IP shown on the R3 is still the same as the IP you've entered in the DMZ, it may be the IP has changed which is why you're encountering the issue. If they are different then correct it and try again

It might be whitelisted, grab the ID for me and I can pass it on
