  1. Sorry for any potential miscommunication, I have responded to your email.
  2. Likely is the above, Steady Ping will still work with Geo-Latency disabled
  3. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then reboot the console fully and wait 2 minutes and check again, does it work correctly? If you're using the instant on/standby mode on the Xbox this could be why, in which case a full restart should allow it to work correctly
  4. Could you disable the protection options in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced and see if that helps at all as that can drop packets
  5. How are you selecting specific servers exactly? Are the servers it is connecting to outside your radius/polygon? Could you clarify what you mean by this please? "also after cheating the ping make and then going back to geo filter and customising to them locating still not working ?" It's likely the ping has increased due to Steady Ping, this feature increases your ping to create a buffer so that any spikes/fluctuations are absorbed by this buffer, giving you one consistent ping throughout the entire game that doesn't change which should give you a smoother experience. The TP link is that a powerline adapter you're using or is it another router with devices connected to it?
  6. There will be times when the router isn't actually able to ping the server so if you see that message - could not ping server it's likely correct. It's more so an issue when it's trying to but is stuck loading as above. I would say it stabilizing the ping successfully is the optimum outcome, though it may not always be possible - it's most successful on CoD and Halo in our findings. As people have mentioned to us, the increase in ping can be seen as an issue if you don't understand why it's happening. We'll likely look into disabling this by default and additionally trying to educate people on why it is a good thing in the tour for example.
  7. That's brilliant to hear, thanks for the update, you're very welcome! For the moment if it's been a few days since a previous update I would suggest rebooting first before upgrading, it may not be necessary but will make sure it works - we know what the issue is and will be fixing it. It's not necessary to do a factory reset after but in scenarios like the above where you're having a few issues, I think it's a good thing to do after an update so it's fresh. Gesendet
  8. Hello, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having these issues, for WiFi try this: Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ For the Geo-Filter try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  9. Ah that's very good to hear, thank you for the update. Meanwhile I have let the team know about the issue so they can take a look.
  10. As in you looked in the network settings on the Eero?
  11. Ti ho inviato un messaggio privato. Is it showing as .sig when you select it to upload to the router?
  12. Ah okay you could use PPPoE on the R3 then and receive your full speeds
  13. Gotcha thank you, we are aware of some issues there and will get that sorted
  14. Give TFTP a try, it installs the firmware before the boot process and therefore resolves any issues found there, let us know how you get on
  15. ¿Apareció en el mapa en esa ubicación y tenía el ping que esperarías para el servidor español?
  16. You still need to do that
  17. Okay that's great to hear, thank you for the update
  18. Good point about the reserved IPs being out of order, I'll definitely pass that onto the team. Glad to hear it's working now, if it does happen again please get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > System logs and we can see what may be happening
  19. Do you have a browser based Adblocker that could be blocking ads on the page potentially?
  20. In theory yes that should work fine
  21. As above! We'll be focusing on ensuring DumaOS 4 is as stable as possible before we begin porting it
  22. Thank you @cedric108 it does look like the same issue as the OP, thank you for the reproducible steps, I will pass it onto the team to look at ASAP!
  23. @Deasha I have sent you a PM, could you let me know if that helps please? Thank you for the reports everyone, I have passed it onto the team and we'll be looking at it asap, could you all tell me the firmware version you're currently on as well please?
  24. Firstly thank you very much for identifying the issue and providing easy to follow reproduceable steps, this really helps the development team identify the issue quickly and speeds up a potential fix, I will certainly pass this on to them as well as the other topic you mentioned. Just as a test, could you make traffic rules for the affected devices to allow ALL traffic to them and see if they work the way you want them to then please?
  25. Okay thank you for the report, if you use the DMZ for the PS5 does that work at all?
