  1. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  2. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  3. You've tried all possible percentage combinations?
  4. Probably the issue we're looking into then, hopefully we'll find the cause and can provide a fix this week
  5. If that is the problem then yes, alternatively, if devices regain their connection which they should you could reboot the router at a time it wouldn't affect anyone and then the DHCP lease time would count down from there so should just happen when no one is using the internet
  6. Not yet, firmware will come out this week though
  7. That's annoying, the team are looking into disconnects, I'll make sure your topic is listed in case they require more information
  8. You only need to use one or the other, they'll both do a good job
  9. When the DHCP lease changes devices would get new IP addresses which would cause a disconnect
  10. I believe it'll just not stabilize/not work at all but I would be interested to see if that's what is happening or if you're seeing unexpected behavior
  11. From the screenshot you provided just turn off the toggle button
  12. There are quite a few but take a screenshot of the exact rule you were making
  13. There have been some reports that it might be applying to devices not added to the Geo-Filter so you could try disabling that entirely and see if the tests report lower
  14. DumaOS 4 will come at a later date, we don't give out any ETAs
  15. It's pinned to the top of the R2 Support area, it's here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/50710-new-r2-firmware-33280/
  16. .23 was from before the holidays, new firmware will start to come out. The main focus at least this week I suspect will be bug fixing
  17. Correct, make sure they're outside the DHCP range though to be sure
  18. Oh I understand, you can just ignore that it is fine
  19. I'd do 3 rules, 2 ranges, one singular: 27000 - 27037 TCP & UDP 3074 - 3075 TCP & UDP 4380 UDP
  20. Well what is the ports specifically you want to forward/the range?
  21. Once it's available I'll start sending it to those with issues it may help and then can provide it to others
  22. Disable NAT on the Telstra modem and enable UPnP on the R2 and you should be good to go
  23. Obviously I'm biased but the benefit over the XR series is its 100% our own product, hardware and software so we have a closer relationship with the router and can make faster firmware updates. DumaOS 4 allows for more efficient development as well and obviously offers new features the others don't have.
  24. Probably a bug, delete it and then set the DMZ again
