  1. Did you set it as static as well? Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or IPv6 at all?
  2. I've added you to Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? If you could re-enable 5GHz and get the issue to happen again and then provide the logs from Settings please that would be really helpful.
  3. The interface on the mobile browser doesn't change to the app style interface at all? You may need to be on DumaOS 3.3, I've given you access to the beta, please be aware it is a beta and therefore there may be issues: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/60122-new-xr1000-beta-firmware-dumaos-33688-upgrading-fix
  4. It's interesting that it's only your phone, regardless of the phone that you're using. Is it possible to test using someone elses phone in your room to see if they get the same issue? Do you get the same issue on your phone when you're in the living room?
  5. Good to hear you're connected. You can leave that blank unless they've given you something to enter there
  6. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  7. If you're using the Geo-Filter disable it, do you get the same issue?
  8. Added
  9. It's just the normal way you access routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1
  10. You'll need to open the file for the server you want to connect to in a text editor, copy the contents and enter it into the config section on HybridVPN
  11. Go to DumaOS in your mobile web browser, does it load with the mobile/app interface that way?
  12. It's unlikely it would work, as I mentioned they've implemented ping limits to stop people doing that. You'd need to get a VPN from a provider that gives you OpenVPN or Wireguard configuration files and then enter the contents of the file along with your VPN credentials into the HybridVPN section on the router (in Settings)
  13. It's likely the cloud, I'll let the team know so they can look into it
  14. In the 10+ years of the Geo-Filter no one has been banned using the router because it's not a way to cheat or anything like that and there is no way for them to specifically determine what router someone is using
  15. Yes I believe it does work for Delta Force, at least it did when we last tested it, if not let us know and we can rectify that
  16. If you're on the very latest router firmware version and the latest app version it should work, what router/firmware version are you using?
  17. Keep in mind that the Geo-Filter purpose is to get you servers close to your location. What you want to do will increase your ping and potentially degrade your gaming experience. Also they've put ping limits in place to prevent people using VPNs so even without a VPN, if your ping is to high to the US then it won't let you in a game. Using the Geo-Filter it may be possible, no need for the VPN, just place your home location/radius in the US and restart the game/client.
  18. Glad to hear that, thanks for the update!
  19. It's very likely the web browser you're using or an extension such as an Adblocker stopping it, try another browser/use incognito mode and see if you can set it then
  20. You'll have to disable Geo-Latency and then it should be better after restarting the game & client
  21. Do you have Geo-Latency or Ping Assist enabled at all?
  22. Looks like there is also an allowed server just outside your radius - did you enable the Geo-Filter prior to launching the game/client? Did you change Geo-Filter settings while on the game?
