Granted some of these things will need a firmware update and should be much improved when available but still worth making a new topic for your issues and we can go through 1 by 1 to try and improve them - if you want to that is, otherwise totally understand if you want to wait for firmware. As of this morning when I checked it was still on track for this week.
  3. Yeah give that a go, if it doesn't help try and get the logs when it happened along with the time it happened and that may tell us more

  5. Strange, it shouldn't make a difference but yes do give that a go, might be caching the old connection
  6. Are you playing over WiFi or ethernet? Give the device a static/reserved IP on the R3 then reboot the PC and see if it works then
  7. Could you try swapping out the ethernet cable connecting the two together then reboot the R2 and check
  8. Do you ever notice the same behavior with steady ping off?
  9. Are two consoles trying to play at the same time or just one?
  10. Thanks for the typo, will pass that on. I'm not sure what would be affecting that really, could you try disabling Adblocker and see if that works please?

  14. Possibly, it could be the Geo-Filter causing you to be kicked potentially, try with it disabled and see if it happens

  16. Does the speedport see the R2 as a connected device? Did you connect speedport LAN port to R2 WAN port via ethernet?
  17. Yes you could do that. What are your internet speeds and what are you getting over WiFi? You probably won't get WiFi speeds as high as ethernet

  20. If you disable SmartBOOST fully from do you still see the same issue? How do you have Congestion Control set?
  21. If you play without the Geo-Filter enabled do you notice the same thing happening?
  22. Yes both correct, best not to delete the console until you've ensured you've done it and if you have then you won't need to remove it anymore
  23. For consoles that's the way it is added so all good!
  24. Ah great news! If you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu do you get better speeds then? The hardware is old so it probably will have something to do with it. I doubt it'll be getting 3.3 at this point to be honest.
