If it says can't ping the server that is legitimate. If it's trying to ping constantly that's more likely an issue we have to solve. It can still stabilize when it doesn't ping. We know what the latter issue is. I don't have any further firmware versions as the team are off for the holidays.
-
Could you try disabling SmartBOOST fully - on the page click and go to settings then disable and see if it still occurs after that please?
-
It's more likely to be the above, if you wait about 30 seconds does it regain internet? Yes we're aware of that issue and will be looking into it.

Try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ See if it has improved after that

So many question to ask pls response

It sounds more like there are some simple settings you can change to fix your issues which is usually the case but we will be fixing any bugs found -
This should be how R3 works not backward…

As the VPN page mentioned we had to take it out last minute, it was either that or delay the launch entirely. Are you using SmartBOOST/Congestion Control and the Geo-Filter? How have you set them up exactly? -
Geo-Filter isn't blocking servers outside radius

Try on the normal Xbox firmware please not the insider and see if it works as expected please -
Settings are more hidden on the R3 so check everywhere, you never know what you may find! Glad you were able to find it.

streaming apps keep buffering with r3
Netduma Fraser replied to jame0174's topic in Netduma R3 Support
That's great to hear, thanks for the update! -
It's the holidays, there is no one in to work on the issue, once the team are back from the holidays they can look into it further

No access to R3 via web interface or app
Netduma Fraser replied to josh200505's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Do you see the same thing trying to access via a PC? Prior to the issue happening was there anything that was changed or done? Any pattern you can think of? -
No there isn't but we're looking into the feasibility of adding it
-
What device are you playing on? Are you checking in CoD itself? If you disable the Geo-Filter before booting up the game does it show open then?
-
So you are actually connecting outside the radius? If so, try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart the game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console
-
Ah that's brilliant to hear, thanks for the update!
-
Very sorry for the delayed response, if that happens the best thing is to just reply again and it'll show up again for me. I have sent you a new firmware via PM to see if that helps at all
-
Reboot the console a few times back to back and it should trigger then, otherwise UPnP is something we'll be looking into

DUMAOS 4.0 on the NETGEAR XR1000 router?
Netduma Fraser replied to met foxit's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
No it won't be coming to the XR series unfortunately. You will receive 3.3 soon which should include HybridVPN and from there probably bug fixes but I don't think there will be any further feature updates -
Are you seeing gaming recorded on the actual SmartBOOST page? If so it's just a visual bug on the dashboard, we'll be resolving that
-
R3 needs rebooting everyday to access phone app/web page
Netduma Fraser replied to SamT98's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Could you provide a screenshot of what you see when trying to access via a PC please? -
Welcome back! You won't be able to do the PPTP unfortunately, it has been requested though. I am still investigating the issue with being unable to access the interface, I don't know for certain whether it is SmartBOOST being enabled that is causing it. Are you leaving the interface open for long periods of time?

Ping stabilizer no stabilized ping whats going on?
Netduma Fraser replied to Movement's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I've sent you both a firmware, please see if that improves it at all -
Correct set up from R3 setting to ps5 settings.
Netduma Fraser replied to Goodwinn20's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You don't need to change any internet/IP options, they won't make a difference. As above you'll need to have Strict Mode enabled to get games within your radius. Your Geo-Filter map is...interesting, it's very unlikely you'll get very far away servers if you're also covering an area closer to you. -
So many question to ask pls response
Netduma Fraser replied to jorlanjorge's topic in Netduma R3 Support
To answer your questions: You'll need to adjust Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced that will help with this issue Yes you will need to do that The team will work on it in January See 1, that should fix it, otherwise you can reserve bandwidth for devices by managing the profiles on SmartBOOST
