  1. Still scheduled for this week
  2. Are you rebooting the router at all? It shouldn't revert otherwise
  3. Sorry I meant IPv6 in LAN/WAN should be disabled. If you don't have access to the modem it won't be in bridge mode as that could only be done to one device but it would explain why we can't connect. Let me know once you've disabled IPv6 and we'll try again.
  4. Haha thank you for the kind words, it's much appreciated!
  5. What page is it you're specifically seeing it on? Did it happen after changing settings etc?
  6. Good suggestion above for a test. Otherwise could you do it via ethernet, just wait for it to connect then get the logs from the router please? Also let me know the time you turned it on roughly and then the time it actually connected
  7. That's fair enough, there should be a lot of fixes and overall improvements in the new update so if it's still not working then it should be a lot easier to narrow down for the devs
  8. You can't affect who connects to your servers unfortunately but if you're close to the server then you should have an advantage.
  9. Okay thank you, I think that does give some credence to my theory, I'll get the team to look into it thank you.
  10. Not specifically no, probably the easiest thing to do is reboot the modem, then after that make the change having only turned on/connected the console
  11. As a test if you disable filtering on the Geo-Filter so you can still see servers and ping them, the one you got an impossibly low ping to, does it then show as the expected ping?
  12. Correct, change the source port range to 1-65535 and then have the destinations as the ports you need and see if it works then. Although it can be assumed it's using the same port for source it's not always correct
  13. Is it a VPN service you're wanting then rather than a VPN client? As above, any that you can get those config files from, we don't have the 'basic' setup from the previous routers, just the ability to add using configs
  14. No yet, will be this week from what I've been told
  15. It's likely in your junk/spam folder but we have shipped out the router today so you should have a tracking email
  16. As above and you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/
  17. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  18. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  19. What settings are you using for everything currently?
  20. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then. If not, if you disable the Geo-Filter before booting up the game does it then appear Open?
  21. Perhaps a one off then, do keep us updated if it happens again, the new firmware should only help with it
  22. It should definitely work if you do the above, let us know how you get on when you're able to!
  23. They will show as inactive for the moment but should be working. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Without doing this step they won't be able to connect to your server.
  24. Glad that worked for you! Also worth trying with another browser as well
