  1. I actually just checked your router now and you're good to go! Please do not reboot before upgrading. Remember will need to go to download topic and follow the instructions.
  2. I've had time here and there to answer some posts but not enough for a 1 on 1, I can do Friday, say 3:30pm GMT?
  3. D'abord, je vous recommande de vous assurer de régler le problème de ping visuel. Ensuite, voyez si c'est "injouable" ce que le ping réel montre. First I would recommend making sure you fix the visual ping issue. Then see if when it is 'unplayable' what the actual ping shows.
  4. So you're saying you have a low ping then? Not sure what you mean by the way you're connecting to the server. If the server you're getting doesn't play well then try to force a different one.
  5. I normally advise leaving all equal with share excess on
  6. That's incorrect and doesn't make any sense. You apply the DMZ to devices connected to that router - which the R1 is. The IP the ATT router gave to the R1 is the WAN IP from the R1 Device Manager. Can you take a screenshot of what happens when you click on DMZ plus please.
  7. Great to hear that. Fritzbox needs to be port 1/WAN/internet that can then plug into any LAN port on the R1. If you want to use the WiFi I would recommend putting the fritzbox in AP mode if it has it.
  8. You don't need to put in a secondary DNS, could just go with 8.8.4.4 which is what I use.
  9. As well as what Boom said which would definitely create a high ping, it appears you also did the test wirelessly, on a phone rather than a wired speed test from a PC.
  10. Please create a new topic or post in your own if you have one.
  11. We still could not access your router. Remove the R1 from the ISP hub DMZ and port forward on the hub 1-65535 TCP/UDP to the R1 instead please. Also make sure upnp forwarding in R1 miscellaneous settings is disabled.
  12. Good to see server/connectivity improvements as well as directly indicating P2P will also still be used by: Fixed an issue of showing black screen when host leaves match Fixed an issue where players who are not the host see black and screen and no AAR between matches
  13. Great! Depends on if I can identify the issue quickly, if not then I can try to diagnose for ~30minutes.
  14. You're good to go. Please do not reboot before upgrading. No, I can't access without you doing what I mentioned before. "We could not access your router. Please ensure the R1 WAN IP is in the DMZ of your ISP hub, UPnP & Port forwarding is disabled on your ISP hub and that remote access is ticked on the R1 in settings > miscellaneous." You're good to go. Please do not reboot before upgrading. Thanks! You don't need to upgrade. Its to do with the process of putting the software on the router before it's sent out. We could not access your router. Please ensure the R1 WAN IP is in the DMZ of your ISP hub, UPnP & Port forwarding is disabled on your ISP hub and that remote access is ticked on the R1 in settings > miscellaneous. 15. Access the Netduma and go to Device Manager, copy it's WAN IP address. If it doesn't have this and doesn't have any devices at all then it sounds like you haven't set it up correctly. Port 1 of the Netduma should be connected to port 1 of the hub. Then access the hub and go to advanced settings > firewall, then paste the IP address into the DMZ section.
  16. Let us know how you get on. Happy to help should you run into any issues.
  17. Hey, welcome to the forum! Reboot from miscellaneous settings after having set the DNS you want then see if it has applied then.
  18. If you had save a generic profile before changing then load that. Could use the general gaming profile but may not have the exact settings you want. Otherwise just change the settings manually, will take 2 seconds.
