  1. As above, you can install downloaded firmware manually there
  2. Good to hear, thanks for posting your solution!
  3. Thank you for confirming, the team will look into it
  4. This may sound counter productive but disable UPnP on the R3, then check, either way if it does or doesn't work then reboot the R3, enable UPnP, reboot the R3 again then see if it continues working please
  5. Your browser may have cached it, clear cache/cookies and should show then
  6. What is the issue your wife's PC has exactly, is it slow speeds, disconnects etc? The 450 won't always show on the Device Manager, it's affectively passing internet through itself to other devices, it's not getting internet itself per se, do the devices connected to it all drop and if so does the connection recover?
  7. Do you have access to the interface to get the log? That would really help us determine what has happened. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then see if you have internet via ethernet.
  8. Unlikely, it's more likely a setting somewhere, ideally a factory reset and then just changing Congestion Control to Always, disabling Speed Test Bypass and dropping the sliders would get rid of other variables but I appreciate you probably wouldn't want to do that. Have you set any Internet Rules, done port forwarding, DMZ, static routes etc?
  9. Could you try using the simple method with the circular radius instead please? Had some reports getting games outside the radius happened more with the custom drawing method
  10. Okay so disable the DMZ, make the name change, verify in the Device Manager that you're seeing the correct name and MAC address for the Xbox. Set the Xbox to have a static/reserved IP address, then set it as the DMZ, then reboot the Xbox and you should get an Open NAT.
  11. It's nothing to do with that at all. Networking has so many variables, I think there is the thought that you get this router and you'll never lag again which is not the case, you will get a better experience, lower ping and more consistently than without it but there are variable outside the routers control that could affect you. As networking has many variables there can't just be 1 option to enable lag or don't lag, there are many settings and different things will work for different people.
  12. Just because there is a mention of high ping doesn't mean it's the same issue - in fact the Geo-Filter ping is quite stable there so it's not that issue, its what I mentioned above.
  13. Ahh that ol chestnut! Good to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  14. That's weird because we don't have an ability in the cloud to block any servers at all, any blocking would happen due to the settings on the router, had it been in your deny list? I will definitely get the team to whitelist it though.
  15. It has been requested so possible it will be included in the future. Not that I am aware of!
  16. It wasn't an Adblocker bug specifically but: There were some last minute blocker issues that were caught preventing the update being released today. I realize this is frustrating but on the bright side the extra time means that we'll be able to get a few more fixes in before it releases, meaning a bigger update than if it was released today.
  17. I can certainly get the team to do a Ping Heatmap update for it, that's no problem at all, as you mentioned it will probably help quite a lot. Reboot the router then try to upgrade and it should work then
  18. If it says couldn't ping server then that is legitimate, whatever the reason may be but it definitely does work. Are you playing on PC? If so remove it from the Geo-Filter, in Device Manager give the PC a PlayStation icon then re-add it back to the Geo-Filter and reboot the PC, then see if it pings more consistently. The 90-110 ping is that in game or on the Geo-Filter?
  19. A lot of games don't include it in their calculation, I suspect as it isn't something that can be reduced by the player so it's kind of pointless in that sense. It may be that they're not including it in the calculation for every game. You mentioned MW3 so it might be for the actual MW3 multiplayer that they don't include it but for warzone they do for example.
  20. No, that's is the security risk I mentioned not to do. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 WAN page and enter it into the DMZ on your ISP modem/router
  21. The error, do you get that when accessing via a PC web browser or is it just the mobile browser/app?
  22. You need to set your bandwidth speeds to 1000/1000 in the Congestion Control settings menu and you should get better speeds then
  23. If you disable the Geo-Filter before you boot up the game do you get the same issue?
  24. Do you mean a ping graph? Ping Assist is a way of filtering. Does the graph attempt to load at all?
