  1. The ports is why Congestion Control is not applying then, you are prioritizing everything which supersedes Congestion Control. If you remove that you'll see it adheres to your percentages
  2. Bug with changing it via the address I believe, we'll get that sorted
  3. When you ping a server there is a server ID
  4. In the Xbox network settings make sure the port being used is 3074 then reboot the console and see if it works better after that please
  5. I responded in your ping topic
  6. What is the ISP modem/router model the R3 is connected to and how is that setup to provide a direct line to the internet, modem/bridge/DMZ? Have you made any custom port forwarding rules? Do you play any other games with the Geo-Filter and if so does the ping for those servers populate at all?
  7. Is it the exact same server as in the IDs for it match?
  8. Are you accessing the interface via HTTPS rather than HTTP? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled?
  9. What router and firmware version are you on? What page is this happening on? Did it happen after changing a setting etc?
  10. The main problem I believe is that we've hardcoded the servers used with the feature e.g. when running Ping Optimizer use Server A for the testing, if Server A fails or is unavailable select Server B. From what I was told Server B in this scenario is no longer used by the speed test service we use so if Server A fails the backup Server B won't work either. So there is nothing on your end you can do about it unfortunately, we'd need to fix that with a firmware update.
  11. Oh I gotcha, thanks for clarifying. I believe it's been brought over from how it was before with the standard Geo-Filter in which case it was advised. I'll get the team to amend the message to something along the lines of we recommend disabling if you won't be using Geo-Latency or something to that affect. Responded to your other topic about NAT. There will be times when you still get bad connections, you can limit that by adding that server to your deny list, overall with the router you should have a more consistently better experience.
  12. Glad to hear you got it sorted! It's important to make the settings before you go on the game otherwise that could happen
  13. The DMZ passes ALL traffic through to that device so technically it is correct to not allow you to make port forwarding rules as otherwise conflicts could occur. So in this scenario with two devices removing one from the DMZ and doing the 3074 for one and 3075 for the other rules would be better.
  14. Have you got any devices in the DMZ? Made any port forwarding rules? Made any Traffic Rules? Any priorities triggering on SmartBOOST when a test is done?
  15. Is this server inside or outside your radius? Is this with Steady Ping disabled or enabled? I'm using Opera GX and it is fine for me, make sure to disable the Adblocker for the page, you may need to clear browser cache/cookies as well then refresh each page on the interface once and it'll be faster then.
  16. You can take the mesh out of the DMZ, for general web browsing it won't be required
  17. Glad to hear its sorted, do keep us posted!
  18. As above, if someone uses tools to be able to see your IP address your NAT type won't matter. IP databases are never super accurate, checking my own IP address location using a variety of databases it thinks I'm anywhere from 15 - 100 miles away from my actual location.
  19. Connect one device to 2.4GHz and one to 5GHz (you may need to split the bands) and it'll work. We know what the issue is and will be fixed, probably for the firmware next week.
  20. The above is the workaround but we know what the problem is so it'll be fixed, probably for the firmware next week
  21. If you disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN do you get that same error?
  22. It's not working in what way exactly?
  23. Disabling the Geo-Filter wouldn't affect the NAT Type at all, if anything it would do the opposite, what other issues are you seeing when disabling?
  24. Did you change any WiFi/network settings by any chance prior to it happening?
  25. At this point probably not as people are waiting for the next firmware now so once that one has been tested properly and no router breaking bugs are found it'll go live through the router I think. That's great to hear, thanks for posting about your experience!
