  1. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  2. I totally understand your point, at our heart we're a software company so bringing out multiple models would be a massive undertaking for us and very expensive! Just having a quick look at Netgears' net worth it's in the hundreds of millions, we certainly don't have that kind of budget. Never say never, the next one would be an improvement in hardware so probably would support higher than 1Gbps but we're not even entertaining that at the moment having just launched the R3.
  3. Okay thank you, I will pass that onto the team to have a look at. What is the phone/phone OS version?
  4. What devices are they specifically? They don't have the Private/Random MAC addresses option enabled do they? (I know you mentioned the MAC is the same) Good catch on the network activity there, seems like we need to do a better job of handling devices behind an AP, I will pass that on, thank you!
  5. Sent Nothing new to send yet. We're aware of all those saving issues, we'll get everything sorted, not to worry!
  6. When it happens could you right click the page go to Inspect Element. Then in the window that appears go to Network, tick disable cache, click and hold the browser refresh button until you see hard refresh and empty cache, click that, does it load then? If not on the same window go to the console tab, refresh the page and provide a screenshot of any errors that appear there please
  7. No hace falta dos temas, sigamos en el otro.
  8. Could just be the general Geo improvements we need to make or the private matches but either way we'll get it sorted!
  9. Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  10. Did anything at all change with your physical setup/settings?
  11. You needed to remove the device from the Geo-Filter first, do that then you can add it as a PC. I think the history aspect needs a bit of work - as long as you're seeing gaming prioritized you're good. Reboot via the button on the back and see if it stays then. Are you accessing using HTTPS?
  12. Technically that should be VoIP, do you see it showing up for that?
  13. Actually some people are reporting the opposite way round that it plays better as a PC, e.g Changing a console to be a PC so I think there is something for the team to look at there. If it works for you that's great!
  14. That sounds like power potentially, if you look at what I mentioned above for this does that help?
  15. No, Device Manager is just under reporting the strength of the WiFi, the WiFi is strong given the db values you're getting
  16. Quite possibly it would be, I have sent it via a PM, I'd suggest a factory reset once complete. Steady Ping won't necessarily work for every game due to some limits on the games themselves I believe but it should work some of the time from what we've seen.
  17. What firmware version are you on currently?
  18. Yes you can do that though QoS may not work as optimally currently
  19. Sent
  20. Sent to you both
  21. Great to hear that. Not yet, there will be a big meeting on Monday about bugs to organize what should be a priority, I suspect that's linked to a few issues so will be looked at quickly
  22. Sent via PM
